all 13 of us enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was great. Also, the easy access to the pool from all floors was great.

Pleasant trip

Kitchen well equipped except for muffin pan. The frig freezer door handle broke ( or already broken) when we attempted to open it, but maintenance came quickly. Kids loved the pool and hot tub a plus. It was only a short walk to the beach. We had plenty of room for family. 9 year old spent much time in the swinging chair on the deck.
