★PET POLICY★
Only 2 pets are allowed and the size and breed must be disclosed before booking. The property may not be fully enclosed during low water levels and pets left in the backyard should be tethered when left alone. To protect the furniture, pets should not be allowed on it, especially the bed. There is a non-refundable $200 pet fee and if any excessive pet hair or wear is found, additional fees may be incurred. These guidelines are in place to ensure that the property is well-maintained and that all guests, including pet owners, have a positive experience during their stay.

★BOAT SLIP AND DOCK★
The property has a boat dock available for guests to use w/ (2) Jet ski and (1) boat lift (our dock allows for up too a 22' boat without having to counterweight the front). Caney City is the closest location to launch boats and it only a 5-7 min. boat ride to the property.

Weekend with family

Great stay, we met up with extended family for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. Had a relaxing weekend visiting and hanging out on the lake.

My fave lake property we have ever stayed in

Location is AH-MAZING. Plenty of space for our crew and lots to keep us busy. We fished, we floated, we cooked in the awesome kitchen, we played games in the SUPER FUN game room. Very comfortable. Just like home with a much more beautiful view. We will be back!

Perfect Lake Escape

From the moment we arrived we were in awe. Quiet neighborhood and big corner lot with plenty of room inside and outside with the most beautiful view. The host made us feel so special from all the little surprises and amenities that made us feel at home. Would recommend this home hands down the best little family getaway. We will be back for sure.. found our new traditional vaca spot!!

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I had a great time fishing, kayaking, grilling and relaxing. The house is clean and is stocked very well. We brought all of our food and didn’t need to leave the house once. The game garage was a nice bonus. We will definitely be back.

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful time at Triple H Retreat. The house has everything you need, super great location on the lake and perfect size for our family. My teens/young adults loved the bunk room which sleeps plenty!! Great areas to relax and hang out/play games together, etc. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and a super quiet part of the lake. We rarely saw another boater on the lake! Highly recommend this home! We will definitely stay again!

Great lake vacation!

Ya'll! This was a great experience! Jennifer is an amazing hostess. She was always fast to respond and had great insights to ensure a wonderful vacation. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, plus more! Great location on the lake! The lake is huge! We had an absolute wonderful time and am very thankful to the time that Jennifer put in to help make it a great time.

We made memories to last a lifetime!

This home has everything you might need or want for you and your family to enjoy a wonderful stay! Outstanding are the coffee bar, the large kitchen; fully supplied, the selections of games and books, the plush bedding, and the large covered porch. The microwave died while we were there. I notified Jennifer and there was a new one on the front porch within an hour. What more can I say?

Perfect lake location

Great stay at the lake house. Location was perfect with unobstructed lake views. The house was very clean upon arrival and had all the things we needed. We had two kids, two infants and four adults. The second bedroom was a little small with a pack & play for our infant, but understandable given it wasn't the master suite which had plenty of room for another pack & play and great lake views. Dock was great and we used the kayaks in the inlet with our 3 year old which was alot of fun. Would recommend for a quick stay less than 2 hours from Dallas. Thank you Jennfier!

PERFECT GETAWAY

As Fall Break grew closer and closer, the requests for school activities piled up. Our plans for a week long retreat were gone. But Triple H Retreat was there for me and my FIVE Daughters. Just an hour away, we were out of DFW and lakeside in the beautiful country of East Texas in no time! The house is beautiful and spacious and the lake is calm and fun. We got less than a 48 hour break, but we ENJOYED EVERY SECOND at Triple H Retreat!

Always an absolute joy!

This is our second time staying at Triple H Retreat and it's quickly becoming our happy place at the lake! Clean, chock full of amenities, wonderfully decorated, and very spacious (the patio is my FAVE!) We took another couple and between us had 3 kids and everything was just perfection as usual! This time we did some guided fishing tours and everyone (including the kids!) had an absolute blast (plus we brought home enough fresh fish to eat for weeks ha ha ha) - bonus was that they were able to just pick us up directly from the dock at Triple H! If you're looking for a getaway I couldn't recommend Triple H and hosts Jenny and Dan enough, they will make your stay absolutely phenomenal! Thanks again, you know we'll be back soon!!!

Great Lake Home in secluded cove

We rented this home for Labor Day weekend as a group of college friends getting together. Even though the house isn't huge, it's set up great and was plenty of room for 11 adults to sleep and live comfortably for the weekend. The location on the lake is great, perfect if you want to fish or quickly get out on the main channel. Would definitely stay here again.
