Wonderful property in a stellar location. Beautiful sunset views and the property was well manicured. Mark and Rhonda had everything labeled so things were easy to find. Lots of amenities on the property like Kayaks and fishing poles. Mark was very quick to respond and even helped me figure out whether my electric car would be able to charge on his property (he has both NEMA 10-30 and 14-50 plugs).Very satisfied with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again

We loved our stay at Mark's property. It was the perfect location for our family getaway, close enough to Dallas but far enough away to feel like we were gettimg away. The house was clean, right in the lake and full of things to do.

This place is just a dream for our family vacation. Close to everything, great yard, dock, fire ring, toy shed, house. Everything was well maintained, easy to use and nicely appointed. Mark and his wife were easy to reach and quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We will definitely come back for more lazy lake life moments, Mark and Rhoda took a lot of time thinking through, storing, maintaining and labelling everything you need. They also provided a nice book explaining everything in the house and how to use it.Top property owners!
