Cute cozy beach cottage 1 mile to moonlight beach, downtown with AMAZING RESTAURANTS!! World known golf courses! Great hiking, Legoland, etc.. Plenty to do and sites to see!! very quiet neighborhood and lovely neighbors 8 miles from Del Mar racetrack and fairgrounds. Lots of Fun

Nice place for short stay

Place was a little small and very close to neighbors but nice for the 3 of us. Neighborhood was very quiet for how close (shared a driveway and garage wall) the houses are to each other. Very clean and well stocked. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Great host !

Barbra was a great host ! This house was beautiful, it smelled great ! It was very clean and the sun room was amazing to use in the morning. The neighborhood was nice and no one disturbed us. Barbra kept in contact with me my whole stay and made sure all my needs were met! I will be staying here again

Quaint cottage and beautiful backyard patio

We all enjoyed our stay in this safe family friendly neighborhood. Close to botanical gardens and historic downtown. Owner wax east to communicate too and very responsive. She uses very fine linens and towels. Happy space

Beach Cottage

We had an awesome time in Encinitas!! The beach cottage was fully stocked and had an amazing outdoor living area!! The cottage was decorated with a beach theme. Super cute!! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The Cottage meets it's discription, Cozy. A very lovely cottage with beach and surfing vibes, fully equiped kitchen, three cable enabled TV's, a peaceful outside area with dining area, hammock, comfy chairs, shady areas. All this is close to Moonlight Beach and restaurants on PCH. The host, Barbara, went out of her way to accomodate us and our particular needs: phone calls in advance, phone calls when we arrived to make sure all was well, goodies upon arrival.... Really, over and above, to make sure we were happy.

Family trip for sports tournament

The property met our needs for our visit. It was close to everything and a great place to relax after the games. The neighborhood was quite and Barbara's garden was a peaceful place to unwind in the evenings. Encinitas is a cute beach town and Barbara was a responsive and fantastic host!

Cute comfortable beach home

My family really enjoyed our long weekend stay. We were just over a mile to the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even set out numerous goodies for us to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.
