Nice place in Carlsbad, fairly close to the beach but not as close as it’s made to sound. The house was nice. The one bathroom is small. The back yard was beautifully landscaped and the fire pit was nice to sit around at night. The listing was at premium pricing during Fourth of July weekend. We’ve stayed in many vacation rental homes in the area and this was very overpriced compared to others.

We loved the closed private fence backyard for our k-9 son to play ball and walking distance to the beach. Home had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and neighborhood.

Great getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this vrbo! Would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and organized and very convenient for us with our small dog. The back yard was very nice! The beach’s and stores are close by and this was a quiet nice area.

Great stay! We did bring in our own fans to cool down because we happened to be there during a heat wave. Front yard space was awesome for our kids and dogs and easy walk to the beach.

Carlsbad Beach Bungalow II

We had such a great time staying at this property! The bungalow was clean and organized, the property itself was beautiful, it’s located in a quiet area, and within walking distance (15 minutes) of the beach and the heart of the town. I would highly recommend booking this property and also hope to return!

Great property!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! The location is great and walkable to Carlsbad Village (about a 15-20 minute walk). The home was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The private backyard was beautifully landscaped and perfect for our family and dog. We’d definitely recommend this listing and would choose it again if we were to be back in Carlsbad.

The place was clean & safe. Appreciated the enclosed yard & driveway parking. The location offered many places to shop & eat. My only complaint was that the house was very humid & stuffy. I knew there wasn't AC but having screendoors on the back & front doors would of really helped! I suggest taking some kind of cooling air system with you or serious fans to help with the misty smell & moisture!

An fortunately it looks good place to stay however no ac in those hot days it’s brutal. Also It’s pretty far from the beach you need to drive to the beach.This place needs a little love on theirs landscaping and take care better yours irrigation the couch out side gets wet every time the sprinklers goes on.Please take care better.

This was our second time staying at this property and had a great experience. The unit was clean, well appointed and exactly as pictured. The location is great! It is in a nice neighborhood, walkable to the shops and restaurants in Carlsbad Village and about a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Our dog loved the backyard space and we enjoyed using the BBQ and relaxing outdoors. During our stay we needed a couple of things and the host was quick to respond to our requests. I would definitely recommend this property for small families, couples or folks traveling with a pet.

This place is amazing, strongly recommended by me! I was in the unit with private back yard, bonus for sure if traveling with a four legged friend. I was so comfortable here I truly did t want to leave. Unit next door had occupants, kids and dog but we never heard each other unless sharing the amazing front yard area. Great set up and great place. I will be back for sure
