The building requires a registration form to be filled out by every guest prior to arrival. The registration will need a week to be processed by the building. I will take care of the whole process to make it smooth and easy for you!
Pets allowed: less than 30 pounds per apartment unless service dog, building registration with vaccines, signed form, photo, and a one-time $100 fee per pet.
Management fee $100.
