General Building Guidelines

Centro is a residential condo, home to both owners and renters — not a hotel. Besides QR code check-in, the front desk should not be a point of contact. We are here to help you out with anything you need through the VRBO portal.

Food deliveries: please meet drivers in the lobby — doormen cannot send deliveries upstairs.

No parties or events — this is a quiet residential community.

Trash & Towels

Trash chute: located at the end of the hallway to the left.

We provide:

White towels for in-unit use.

Striped towels for pool & beach.

For laundry, please bring your own detergent.

Fitness & Wellness Facilities

Our building offers access to the gym, sauna, and steam room on Floor 37. Please review the following before use:

Children: Not permitted without adult supervision. Unsupervised children are not allowed in these areas at any time.

Use at Your Own Risk: Guests acknowledge that use of fitness equipment, sauna, and steam room involves inherent risks of injury or health complications.

Waiver of Liability: By using these facilities, guests agree to assume full responsibility for their own health and safety, and to waive, release, and hold harmless the host, property owner, and condominium association from any liability for accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur.

Follow Posted Rules: Guests must comply with all condominium/HOA signage and building policies for safe use of these amenities.

Pool & Rooftop Area

Access is restricted by key fob and provided only for registered guests.

No lifeguard on duty → swim at your own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times in pool & common areas.

No glass containers, running, or horseplay near the pool.

Guests must comply with all posted building rules.

Please dry off before entering the common areas and elevators.

Balcony Safety

Children may not be on the balcony without adult supervision.

Do not climb, sit, or lean over the railings.

No hanging items (towels, clothing, etc.) over the edge.

Please keep balcony doors closed when not in use.

Liability & Conduct

Use of the unit, balcony, and building amenities is at your own risk.

Host and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings.

Only registered guests may use the unit and amenities. Unauthorized visitors may result in cancellation without refund.

Tampering with safety devices (smoke detectors, sprinklers, locks) is strictly prohibited.
