The newly built in 2006 and newly renovated in autumn 2017 cottage with two cozy and comfortable apartments with stunning views over the Plauer lake offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy or the opportunity for active holidays on the water, on land or in the historic area of Mecklenburg , Enjoy in every season the heavenly peace, the location, the lake and the sunsets over the Plauer See. On cooler days, the stove invites you to relax. The beautiful lake landscape can be experienced on water on foot or by bicycle. Idyllic hiking and biking trails lead directly to the house along. Bike and boat rentals can be requested locally. For nature lovers, the area offers a diverse wildlife. The shallow shores of the lake also invite children to swim and swim. Day trips to Berlin, Schwerin, Hamburg or the Baltic Sea are offered by the central location and the optimal transport links. Both apartments can be booked separately or together. One room has a double bed and wardrobe, the second room has two single beds and a wardrobe. Living room (ground floor / ground floor): Equipped with fireplace, sitting area consisting of couch (with sleep function for two more people, so that a total of 6 people find space.) And armchair, sideboard, DVD player, TV and Dolbysurroundanlage. Open kitchen (EC / DG): Equipped with hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and dining table for 6 people.
The modern bathroom (EC / DG) has a shower and toilet.
The attic (75m ²) has a south-facing balcony with stunning views over Lake Plau. The ground floor (83m ²) has a south-facing terrace also overlooking the Plauer See. Garden furniture and charcoal grill invite you to relax and unwind.
Car parking spaces are also available.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr harmonisch eingerichtet und im Umfeld ist es sehr ruhig. Die Aktivitäten können sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad oder auch Auto erreicht werden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Seeblick nur vom Balkon des Apartments im O.G. Zum See geht ein steiler Feldweg. War mit dem Rollstuhl nicht zu bewältigen. Im Umkreis von 10km einige schöne Strandbäder. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen in einem gehobenen Ferienhausgebiet. Das Grundstück ist komplett Umzäunt, was für unseren Hund sehr dienlich war.Die Küche ist zweckdienlich, dennoch haben wir das ein oder andere Kochgerät vermisst.Ein Fön im Bad ist auch nicht vorhanden.Die Wohnung war zwar besenrein, aber nicht geputzt. Durch die zentrale Lage waren alle Sehenswürdigkeit der Region mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Am Pbjekt srlbst gibt es nichts zu benängeln. Wer es gern warm hat, muss nur Kontakt zum Vermieter aufnehmen. Aufgrund des wechselhaften Sommerwetters und des Fliesenbodens im gesamten Haus, war es rechg kühl und die Heizung kam nur langsam in Schwung.DerVermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geht auf Wünsche ubd Fragen zeitnah ein.Zur Lage insgesamt. Ist ruhig und in Ordnung, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, insbesondere in die Natur.Dafür, dass die Gegend um den Plauer See auch für Radtouristen ausgelegt sein soll, muss da noch einiges getan werden. Zeitweise schlecht befestigte und schmale Wege. Für Angler und Bootsinhaber schöne Gegend. Mit Kindern zeitweise schwierig.

Home from home

Dieser Wohnung hat alles was man braucht für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Es ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig, und liegt in einen ruhigen Gegend aber unweit von gute Verkehrsverbindungen. Der Gastgeber war stets zu erreichen wenn es Fragen gab deshalb kann nichts schief gehen.

Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Von der ruhig gelegenen und schönen Ferienwohnung aus konnten wir entspannte Radtouren durch die Natur starten und auch eine Badestelle war in fußläufiger Nähe. Ausflugsziele in näherer Umgebung waren mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Auch die vielen positiven Berichte anderer Gäste kann ich bestätigen. Ideal für Wanderfreunde, Radtouristen und natürlich Wassersportler. Geschäfte und Lokale sind gut erreichbar nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Zugverbindung zur Ostsee oder nach Berlin ist auch gut. Nochmals vielen Dank !

Ferienhaus am Plauer See

Wir waren nun schon das zweite mal hier und hatten wieder einen schönen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr über die Überdachte Terrasse gefreut. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es sind zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Schlafgelegenheiten vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine neue große Couch und auf der Terrasse eine neue Sitzgruppe dazugekommen. Es ist auch sonst alles vorhanden, was man zum wohnen braucht. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
