About this property

Quiet 67 m² apartment in the beautiful green of Bad Urach

Our apartment is located above the town of Bad Urach in the district Sirchingen and has a wonderful view of the countryside and the nature. Directly in front of the house is a huge garden with adjoining meadow. Within a radius of 200 meters you can reach some hiking parking lots and junctions to the premium hiking trails, the so-called Grafensteigen as well as the connection to the public transport. The apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen through which in the summer you can also enjoy breakfast through the window onto the terrace in the hillside. On the terrace under the big pine can be grilled. Our apartment has a large living room and a spacious bedroom with double bed. In the living room is a sofa bed so that a total of 4 people find enough space. Bathroom and toilet are separated. In the house you have free Wi-Fi available.

In about 1 km away is the Schorrenfels and offers a magnificent view of the Swabian Alb, the Ermstal and the city of Bad Urach. From there you can reach the many sights around the city along the edge of the Alb. In the vicinity there is the former training area Münsingen with the abandoned in World War II place Gruorn in the middle of the biosphere region of the Swabian Alb. The Lautertal is about 5 km away and stretches with beautiful cycling and hiking trails down to the Danube. In the immediate vicinity are for beer and wine connoisseurs many small brewers and winegrowers.

While in the summer directly from the house by bike, jogging or hiking, the Swabian Alb can be explored, are the cross-country ski trails in the winter in place and can be reached by foot and by car. The ski lift in the village is also in use in snowy conditions.

Our children aged 1, 6 and 9 are always looking forward to the same age visit and enough space is always provided.

Tourist tax:
In addition to the rent for the apartment, the city of Bad Urach charges a tourist tax of € 2 per person per night. Children are exempted from the tourist tax.

Traumhafter Blick ins Grüne

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und freundlich. Die Gegend ist top. Die Wohnung ist in einem Ortsteil von Bad Urach. ca. 4km entfernt von dem Kern-Ort. Sollte man wissen wegen der Mobilität. Abzug gibt es aber für die Genauigkeit im Online Inserat. Dort steht im Überblick das es 2 SZ gibt. Das für mich ein Auswahlkriterium und ich war vor Ort irritiert. Im Nachhinein habe ich im Text darunter gefunden, das es ein SZ gibt und das andere ein Ausziehbett im WZ ist. Das WZ ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Ich wollte es nur noch mal erwähnen, damit andere nicht den gleichen Fehler machen und sich von den Angaben im Überblick irritieren lassen... Trotzdem gerne wieder, aber dann zu Zweit :-)

Schoon maar kaal.

Zoals te verwachten hoorde je geluid van het gezin dat erboven woont. De woon- eetkamer was groot maar sfeerloos en er was 1 grote bank die t.o.v. de tv raar stond geen stoelen. Slaapkamer ook groot en kaal en 1 kleine kast waar niet veel in past. Vanuit de slaapkamer kon je alleen via de woonkamer naar de andere vertrekken. 1 afval emmer met deksel, de andere 2 onder het aanrecht niet. Smal terras buiten met ongemakkelijke harde stoelen, wel met een smoezelig kussentje. Maar de gastvrouw zei dat ik wel van de hrle tuin gebruik kon maken. Prachtige wandel- en fietsomgeving.

Erstaunliche Schwäbische Alb

Die großzügige FeWo gefiel uns sehr gut. Der Blick ins Grüne war wunderschön, und die Ruhe ließ uns nachts gut schlafen. Einige Ablagemöglichkeiten wie z.B. eine Kommode oder ein Regal hätten das Wohnen noch etwas angenehmer gemacht. Auch ist ( gerade im Schlafzimmer) das Haus etwas hellhörig, was die Vermieter vielleicht gar nicht wissen, weil sie ja logischerweise nicht unten in der FeWo schlafen! 😃

Peacefully, wild, like in home

We stayed very well, the location is calm and surrounded by nature, close to the beautiful vilage Bad Urach and perfect to see the area and rest well. The family is an excellent host, specially Patricia and the little child who were very kind and were there for anything that we need. We felt very well and confortable. Will repeat for sure!

Super vært, som kom med mad til os på ankomstaftenen, da vi ikke havde nået at købe ind. Det betød bare rigtigt meget. Generelt var de meget hjælpsomme. Vidunderlig tur op ad bjergene til Sirchingen.

Sehr nette Vermieter, schönes Ambiente

Die Wohnung ist ganz schön. Ein sehr schöner Ausblick und Garten. Es war schade das es so wenig Küchenzubehör gab. Wie z. B Kochlöffel, Quirl etc. Das WLAN ist mega schlecht und funktioniert nur in der Küche und etwas im Flur. Und es war auch teilweise nicht ganz sauber. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
