Welcome to our holiday rental in Kappishäusern, a small Swabian town surrounded by nature—the perfect place to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and relax in peace and quiet.

With its 1960s and 1970s accents, our holiday rental offers the perfect blend of retro charm and modern comfort. It’s fully equipped so you can feel right at home.

The following amenities are available:
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together if needed
- a sleeper sofa in the living room
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a small bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower

Kappishäusern—“simply more sun”—that’s the town’s motto. Perched high above, you’ll not only enjoy the fresh air here but also a magnificent panoramic view in every direction. The Jusiberg, located right on your doorstep, invites you to take a short hike—and rewards you with even more beautiful views. Who knows—maybe you’ll even come across a few goats or sheep along the way, or a couple of chickens might cross your path; you can conveniently buy your breakfast egg just a few metres further on at a small “farm stand.”

In addition, you’ll find shopping options in the area, such as Aldi and Edeka in Dettingen (3 minutes away), as well as authentic Greek cuisine at the sports restaurant “Zum Hahn” in Kappishäusern.

If you’re in the mood for shopping, Outlet City Metzingen is just a few minutes away by car—the perfect place for an extended shopping spree (and, of course, to snag a famous “bargain”).

A hike to the Bad Urach waterfalls, a visit to the beautiful old town of Tübingen, a stroll through the vineyards at sunset… There are numerous places to visit in the surrounding area. We’d be happy to provide you with some ideas at our holiday rental.

The owner communicates very quickly on any questions you may have. The kitchen and bathroom are the stand out rooms in this apartment, they are well equipped and all appliances work like new. The apartment is in a quiet area and the tenants upstairs are very quiet. We would stay here again on our next trip to Germany.

Die Unterkunft hält absolut, was versprochen wird.Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, in Küche und Badezimmer alles vorhanden und eine schöne Zusammenstellung von Ausflugs- und Gastronomiezielen in der näheren Umgebung.Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern freundlich, zugewandt und zeitnah.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung ausnahmslos weiter.

Eine niedliche Retro Einrichtung mit ein paar technischen Gimmiks. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig, modern und passend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts! Wer Retrocharme mag, wird die Wohnung lieben (und den Plattenspieler) Große Terrasse, Grill wer mag, Platz ist sogar für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kids! Alles wirklich top und empfehlenswert! Vielleicht wird zum nächsten Besuch das eine oder andere Fliegengitter vor die Fenster gesetzt, dann gibt’s noch ein extra plus ;-) vielen Dank für ein paar schöne erholsame, ruhige Tage bei sehr aufmerksamen und netten Gastgebern! Ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen per Fuß oder Fahrrad (geht halt erst runter und dann wieder rauf) Tolle Gegend mit vielen Attraktionen in der 50 km - Nähe (Burgen, Stuttgart & Umgebung, Shopping, Museen)

Es war alles super! Der Vermieter hat immer sofort und sehr freundlich geantwortet, egal, was wir wissen wollten. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Bad schön mit einer guten Dusche. Es gab reichlich Handtücher, WLAN funktioniert gut, in der Küche gab es sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Öl, Kaffee, usw. Wir würden wieder kommen.
