Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from your private balcony at this Gulf Front Condominium, Southern Sandsj unit 204. Tastefully decorated unit directly faces the Gulf, Beach and overlooks the Pool. This condo is truly ON the beach with a fantastic view of the gulf and beach from the balcony or from a comfy chair in the den. See pictures in our listing of our awesome view!

This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps seven with a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom, 3 Twins in the 2nd bedroom. The den has 2 reclining sofas and a comfy recliner with the best view of the ocean and a queen size inflatable bed for additional sleeping needs. We have wireless internet access in our condominum and we are located only 1/4 mile to the west on Beach Blvd and we are so close to the center of town(Highway 59)….with shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. LVP in bedrooms and beautiful ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, den and baths. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has 49" smart tv.

Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Your reservation will include one parking permit with a 2nd permit available for purchase if you are bringing 2 vehicles. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and it’s a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the gulf!!

You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. We are a smoke-free complex, we don’t allow smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. We do have a covered designated smoking area downstairs. We welcome SNOWBIRDS!

Fantastic condo in a wonderful location!

Well appointed condo with wonderful views from the beachfront balcony. Within walking distance of both Bahama Bob’s and a new restaurant called The Catch. Condo was peaceful and relaxing. We had a fantastic time here!

Great place, location, and host

Great place for the small family (4). Able to get anywhere quickly and short walk to multiple places. Clean and quiet. Able to walk out to the beach in just a few minutes, and just what my family wanted. Great host helped with ideas and let us know if anything happening in the complex that might be an issue (nothing was). Would book again

This condo was perfect! Great view and lots of room. The location is right on the beach and within walking distance to tons of good restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be staying here again!! Tysm for the stay!!

Very Nice Condo!! Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to the over priced condos often listed on VRBO. Very clean and a great location. Ms. Harper was very friendly and very accommodating.

Relatively spacious and right on the beach!

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this condo has a great (although not 180 degrees) view of the beach, which immediately accessible by a flight of stairs and a very short walk. Can( get much closer really! The condo itself is quite roomy with nice recliners… a nicer living room than other places we have rented. Sadly the pool is not heated, but otherwise we had a nice stay.

Perfect Get Away Location

Condo is better than described. Host is super responsive to any questions. Right on the beach and close to everything. Because it’s a small complex, you pretty much have your own private beach (and we were there during peak Spring Break). We hope our future dates work out with the availability of this amazing unit.

SUPER!!!

Place was clean, neat, right by the beach and you can walk out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. had a little isue with the door knob, called the owner and she had some one quick. You cannot asl for more than that to enjoy a vacation. My family and I are greatful to have stayed here and not have to worry about something so little.

Nothing at all to complain about! Condo was great. Location made getting whatever you needed or wherever you wanted to go very easy. Cooked 3 meals at home so kitchen was important to us and it did not let us down. Had everything we needed and more. Beach access couldn’t be easier. Would definitely stay again.

Overall we were very pleased with the condo. Well furnished, great location & wonderful communication with the owner/property manager. Would have given a 5 star rating except the fridge took almost 2 days to really start to cool and there was almost nothing when it came to starter supplies like extra trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap etc. I had to go buy all that day 1. I would recommend this condo.

Great location

Our stay was nice. View from balcony is limited but adequate. Rental was comfortable. Communication with Sheryl was excellent. Rental seemed dark with a much taller building on either side blocking sun most of day. Condo was very clean on surface. Sliding class doors, windows really need cleaning.

Amazing beach vacation!

Sheryl is a JOY to work with, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. She makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you check in until you leave. The condo was clean and accommodated my family of 4 (my husband, 2-year-old, and 3-year-old) plus my parents perfectly. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the small complex without the crowd. The best part of our stay was when my dad took a little tumble and broke the glass top on the coffee table. I was nervous to contact Sheryl about it, but she was the kindest human. She was more concerned with my dad being okay than she was anything else. Book it! You won’t regret it!

We had everything we needed

The property was good three of the 4 beds where good one of the twin beds(the one on the kitchen wall felt like it was tipping you out of the bed. It needed adjustment or a new bed. Th one on the outside wall had pressed board under the mattress with a very sharp corner that wasn’t rounded. I ran into it and caused a huge bruise, and a lot of bad words!! Also needs fixed. Thee bathrooms need updates. But we had a good time

Beware of construction work

There is a lot of construction work ongoing on this building and neighboring ones due to hurricane damage. We were not informed of this prior to our stay. The first day we were there, we had to leave our balcony due to someone blasting the outside walls and spreading dust everywhere on the balcony. Additionally, a lot of the condo is dated and needing repair. WiFi was spotty and didn’t always work. Also, a lot of the outlets do not work. No dishsoap is provided and a lot of the dishes in the cupboard seemed dirty. Location is nice, but it was not worth the price with all the inconvenience.
