Welcome to our beachfront condo where the beach has sugar white sand and emerald-green water. This luxury 12th floor unit offers 1 bedroom , 1 bunk room, 2 bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa, granite counter tops, a balcony that opens from the master bedroom and living room, fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum, mop and broom, pantry, free wireless internet and a private balcony. We take great pride in providing cleanliness and comfort in our units, let us make your dream vacation a reality.
Master bedroom has a new king pillow top mattress, night stands and lamps, ceiling fan and TV. This bedroom opens to the balcony and has a large master bath with a large double granite counter top vanity, a jetted tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet.
The bunk room which is a separate room features 2 twin beds, a night stand and a new 24" wall mounted TV and DVD player.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, garbage disposal, pots, pans, skillets, cutting boards, utensils, glassware, stemware, dinnerware, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, casserole dishes, mixer, toaster, and many other amenities.
The second bathroom opens into the hallway. It offers granite counter top and walk-in shower.
The dining room and living room are open and includes bar stools, a table with two chairs, sofa (sleeper queen size with a new mattress), chair with ottoman, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room also has a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony.
The balcony has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and pools below. It also has a new table that seats six.
This unit has room darkening draperies in both the master bedroom and the living room that will allow you to sleep as late as you would like.
We furnish all linens for bedding, pillows, and bath towels.

As much as we love our hometown of Pittsburg, Texas we jump at every opportunity to visit the beach, smell the fresh ocean air, and listen to the waves from our Gulf front balcony.
