Huge house with ample room for a big group! Could use more seating in the main living room for a big group, but it was easy enough to pull chairs from elsewhere. If you're traveling with pets, the backyard is pretty small, but there's an awesome dog park/green space just down the block! Would definitely stay here again when the whole family travels together!

Great roomy house!

The house has a lot of room to move around with a huge well equipped kitchen and open concept living area. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms made it perfect for our group. And the owner was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was very nice as well. I highly recommend staying here

Summer Getaway

Very nice house with plenty of space. There are four bedrooms plus a bonus room upstairs where kids or teens can hang out. The host was great to work with. The neighborhood is really quiet. The property was exactly what we needed and we really enjoy our stay!

We stayed at this home from November 17 through the 24th, 2025. We were celebrating my sisters 70th birthday. The home was warm and inviting. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. Brenda was quick to respond to any requests or questions. There was a park and nature trails within walking distance from the house. It was a short drive to Old Town Spring which had great restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely stay here again when we travel to Spring in the future. The house was great. Plenty of room. Large open concept. Four bedrooms downstairs. Three bathrooms downstairs and one upstairs with a common area upstairs (no bedroom upstairs). Very comfortable and homey.

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

We were 4 women, age 55. All bedrooms on the 1st floor were key to our rental, along with at least 1 step-in shower. We had a miscommunication with the door entry code and that was resolved quickly. However, we were disappointed that there were not many dishes in the cabinets, no wine glasses & no wine opener. It was, however, a really nice stay.

Very nice house. Very clean. Coffee station was appreciated. Wish bedrooms had table lamps. Kitchen only had 3 regular sized plates and silverware was minimal.

Home away from Home in spring Texas

Very lovely and spacious home, with super clean, modern, comfortable furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. Great location to local grocery stores and freeway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owner was always a click away, she answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Would definitely stay here again.
