Located directly in front of Kirchberg's stream (the Ache) - Chalet Gaisberg enjoys gorgeous views and will ensure a relaxing nights sleep with the sound of water flowing past your door. Kirchberg's town centre is just a 7min. walk. The Maierlbahn Gondola is just 2mins by car or one stop away on the free skibus. 



Various hiking routes begin outside your door. For mountainbike fans the downhill trails beckon you from the nearby Gaisberg. In winter the Gaisberg is the home of Kirchberg's/Kitzbühel's night skiing/tobogganing.

We stayed here for a few days before a trip to the Oktoberfest and had 3 days amazing walking

We stayed here for a few days before a trip to the Oktoberfest and had 3 days amazing walking. Chalet Gaisberg is spacious, well equipped and comfortable whilst also being very close to the Gaisberg ski lift. Public transport is excellent both by bus and by train so Kitzbuhel is easy to reach if needed, but Kirchberg is a lovely little town and has everything you need. We may well return for a ski trip.

Great place with lots of space

Great place with lots of space. Beautiful conservatory with view to the Gaisberg. Location was out of town (10-15min walk) and we liked that. Near bus stops. Great starting place for walking, hikes. Agent super helpful. Few things could be better in the place (some lights don't work, etc)

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit im Gaisberg-Chalet verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage direkt gegenüber vom Lift und innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum von Kirchberg. Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig, gut ausgestattet und mit wunderschönen Ausblick aus dem Wintergarten auf den Gaisberg! Schön war‘s☀️

Sehr geräumiges Haus

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Rs ist sehr geräumig und hell. Der Blick auf den Gaisberg ist traumhaft. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles wunderbar, nur keine Skischuheizung & Spülmaschinentabs

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr, sehr schön, perfekt sauber, geräumig und warm. Besonders schön ist der Wintergarten und die drei Badezimmer. Negativ war nur, dass wir uns aufgrund der Anzeige & Unterlagen auf einige Dinge eingestellt hatten, die dann doch nicht vorhanden waren. Z.B. hab es keine Spülmaschinentabs. Dadurch konnten wir an Tag 1 die Spülmaschine nicht laufen lassen. Auch sind wir fast sicher, dass die Skischuheizung nicht, wie angegeben, über Nacht gelaufen ist. Dadurch waren am ersten morgen unsere Skischuhe noch nass. Danach haben wir sie einfach auf der Heizung getrocknet. Das letzte waren die Handtücher. Bei 30€ Pauschale für Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren wir irgendwie davon ausgegangen, dass wir selbst keine Handtücher mehr mitbringen müssen. Es gab allerdings für jeden nur ein kleines Handtuch. Dadurch fehlte z.B. ein Handtuch im Gäste-WC. Netterweise hat uns Rebecca spontan ein paar extra-Handtücher gebracht. Dar wirklich toll und hat uns auch mit den anderen Kleinigkeiten versöhnt. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten, hatten wir eine super Zeit. Wir können das Apartment jedem nur empfehlen und würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Would absolutely stay again!

Fraser's chalet was a wonderful place to stay for week of skiing! It is full of charm, walking distance (in ski boots) to free (excellent) transportation to the lifts, and walking distance into the very cute town of Kirchberg. Would absolutely stay again!
