Super FeWo, top ausgestattet und ein sehr guter Service vor Ort. Leider sind die Zimmer zu Straßenseite bei geöffneten Fenster sehr laut. Dafür ist die Lage der Wohnung zentral und man alle Geschäfte. Restaurants und den Badestrand zu Fuß erreichen.
