Beautiful cottages across from Prince Solms Park, New Braunfels, TX. This duplex, attached to #161A, is sure to meet your needs with 4 bdrm/3bath and accommodates up to 10 guests. Lots of conveniences!
Enjoy the shared plunge pool (shared with unit A), BBQ grills, deck areas, and walking distance to the Comal River/tube chute, Schlitterbahn Water park, local restaurants, Landa Park Golf course, Hinmann Island, and more! Complimentary WiFi, flat screen TV's, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops, 1 king, and 4 queen beds.
Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included.
