Welcome to 161B, your spacious New Braunfels retreat! This beautifully appointed duplex comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with one King bedroom, one bedroom with two Queen beds, one bunk room featuring two Full-size bunk beds, one Queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, three full bathrooms, and a cozy sofa.

Located just steps from Hinman Island Park, Landa Park, the Comal River Tube Chute, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark, you'll be within walking distance of Historic Downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions.

Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

Inside, you'll enjoy simulated wood flooring, local artwork, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax on your private porch or cool off in the shared plunge pool, available exclusively to guests of Units 161A and 161B.

A great property with a terrific location. We walked to eat downtown, walked to the tube rentals, walked to the comal, walked to the water park. 7 minute drive to Gruene. I have seen this property for over 20 years and this was the first time to stay in it and everything was very comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely return for another stay!

Great Location

House has a great location with walking access to tube companies and Schlitterbahn. Parking was a little issue because there are only three spots but parking our extra cars at a free city parking space was easy to work out

Misleading

Although the house was great, I wish when looking to reserve the properties the description had mentioned there were only 3 parking spots and extra cars had to pay $21 a day. The pool looked much bigger in the pictures - it was very small more like a hot tub.

Perfect location for tubing and relaxing

Perfect proximity to the river, convenient store, tube rentals and food. Property is well taken care of and even the deer come for a visit day and night. Anything you need is within walking distance. A few disappointments were the parking situation, no more then 3 cars. There is public parking about 5 min away. Streets close to the property are permit only. Bring sheets for the pull out couch, there are none. There was only one king size bed although it stated 2 kings. The pool is tiny and cannot accommodate a party of 12 plus the condo that you share it with. Overall, fun time.

Nice House - Great Location

House was very clean. Had issues with gaining access to house. Vrbo had code they assigned to door hidden deep within an email so took a while to find it. Agent didn't answer phone call or text until an hour later but had figured out code by then. Pool is MUCH smaller than it looks in photos. And bed listings online was not accurate. But overall it's a great house and in a really good location. Would re-book again if I needed to.
