Take part in all the water activities, shopping, nightlife and music that NBTX & Gruene offers come home to all brand new top end appliances, beds and a comfy house to rest away the sun and fun. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We ask guests to start a load of white towels. However if they need to be treated for a spot please leave them out for housekeeping
It’s very important that you make sure the lid to the hot tub is on. Please double check this
If you brought a pet you will need to pick up the poo . We charge extra to do it for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If house is left unattended lock all doors and windows
Additional pet cleanup fee of $50 will be applied if needed
No loud or disruptive music - Quite hours 10Pm - 9 AM
