TOP Ausstattung und Sauberkeit

Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung suchen Ihresgleichen. Stau- und Ablageflächen sind im Überfluss vorhanden. Die Einrichtung des Penthouses ist z. T. Opfer der Abnutzung (abgerocktes Sofa) oder Opfer der räumlichen Gegebenheiten (sehr viele Schrägen). Bei starkem Sonnenschein heizt sich die Wohnung aufgrund der vielen Fenster und der wenigen Beschattungen bis an den Rand der Unerträglichkeit auf. Die Ventilatoren und die mobile Klimaanlage sind ein gut gemeinter Versuch, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir hatten das Pech eines Wespennestes am Toilettenfenster, so dass die Lüftungsmöglichkeiten zusätzlich eingeschränkt waren. Die Lage direkt an einer Bundesstraße ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten im Ort, zum See braucht man allerdings zu Fuß eine gute halbe Stunde.
