When it's time to turn in, the bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached private bathroom, with a shower/tub combo. The joined half bathroom offers a sink and toilet. There is a bunk bed (sleeps 2) alcove in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper (sleeps 2) in the living room.

Prepare any meal in the fully upgraded and equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

For outdoor activities, enjoy our beautiful beaches and the FREE beach service (included in your rental), featuring: 2 chairs & 1 umbrella (March 1st-Oct 31st). Or, if you prefer, you can go swimming in our gulf side pool.

Also, spend time with friends and family cooking in the charcoal grilling area. Additionally, those who want to keep their workout routines will love our gym/fitness room.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
