Our unique, one bedroom, floor plan with bunks in the hall will sleep four to six comfortably. This Non-Smoking unit in the Gulf Dunes Condominium Complex is tastefully decorated. It is located on the second floor (actually the 3rd level of the complex) and features ceramic tile flooring, a king bed in the master, built-in hall bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Magnificent unobstructed view of the ocean from our balcony.

• Master Bedroom - features a king bed with firm mattress, TV, and private bath with a tub/shower.
• Hallway Bunks - includes two single bunks beds and access to a second half bathroom
• Living area - a pullout queen sleeper sofa provides extra space and sleeping options

You will be within walking distance to many inviting areas such as the fishing boat harbor, restaurants, shops, putt putt golf, go karts, and so much more. This beach front property is accented with tennis courts, a private gym, two pools, and protected natural dunes. Okaloosa Island is conveniently located two miles from Fort Walton, and six miles from Destin. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will surely enjoy your own personal space in the sand.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional.
