You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

This unique city basement apartment offers split spacious living, where the main gathering room, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment upstairs.

The four bedrooms are located downstairs of the apartment have wall-mounted Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions: bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more are all within easy walking distance.

Roaches & Leaking

Central location but this places is roach infested. During our stay we killed 3 separate cockroaches and I positive there is more considering we saw them 5+ times. Additionally, during our stay it rained outside and every single room had water leaking into it and on personal property. You’d be better off sleeping anywhere else.

PERFECT LOCATION, NO FRILLS

This rental is in a wonderful location to walk to shops, bars, parks, and restaurants. Would recommend for a small group if location and being reasonably priced is your biggest priority. PROs: - Location Mult bedrooms all with TVs and armoires -Laundry - 2 full baths - great customer service from the property rental company - good kitchen ammenities CONs: -5th bed is oddly positioned under the stairs, not good for an adult. We ended up having 2 people share one room. -Bathrooms didn’t have anywhere to hold items in the shower, toilet paper, or soap at the sink -Windows on site didn’t open, no windows Dow stairs - no couch area- but chairs upstairs were comfortable for sitting and talking

Great location in the heart of Savannah

This property was perfect for a friends weekend getaway with the perfect location in the heart of Savannah. The location was very convenient with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well as the riverfront. The set up inside actually worked out great with the living space on the main level and the bedrooms downstairs. We did have some difficulties checking in with the codes being incorrect but Lucky Savannah was very helpful via phone and text to get us inside. When we arrived, half of the beds were made with sheets and pillowcases. We contacted Lucky Savannah, and again they were easy to communicate with and sent someone over quickly to get the rest of the linens put on the unmade beds. They have a lovely rooftop available as a common area for all units. We were hoping to see the riverfront fireworks on the 4th of July from the rooftop but the building next to the condos was right in the way and we missed the whole thing. Overall, our experience was very good and would love to stay at another Lucky Savannah property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was awesome from start to finish, with the property itself having no issues. Everything listed in the description itself was accurate, and we arrived to a clean/fresh unit. The check in and checkout processes were also very seamless and required no contact directly with the owners allowing it be move quickly. We were able to checkout several local spots:- Social Club: This was the go-to late night spot, serving up the Georgia Dog's perfect- Leopold's: We only got to stop by once due to the line, but it was well worth it as this is still a top 5 spot that I've ever had ice cream- Riddler's Crab Shack: We went with appetizer samplers to try out the crab, gator, and shrimp all at once. This did not disappoint and we got our gator fixins in for the trip- Wet Willies: This was the go to spot for mixed drinks and sipping those beverages along the river- Toast All Day: Saving the best for last, we went here almost daily whether it was breakfast, brunch, or an early dinner. No one had any issues with any items that we ordered here- Two Tides: If you're venturing to Tybee and want to check out a brewery, especially if you love sours, this is the one.

Inaccurate Listing - not pictures of the unit we rented

While the location is great, the images we saw online that prompted us to book were not of the unit we stayed in. While similar, the unit we has was less spacious and didn't have any closets (which were described on the listing). I contacted the guest service liaison after our stay to flag that I thought it was a bit dishonest to post the pictures on of the best unit, not the actual unit being booked, and she was rude in her response. While our stay was fine, I would flag to anyone booking this unit to be prepared to stay in a unit that is NOT the one pictured and also not what I would describe as 'luxury'. Considering the cost I would have expected a little more, or at a minimum that the images reflected the actual space we were booking.

Needs updating

Came for a golf trip. I downloaded the app to supposedly make things easier. The check in process was written pretty confusing-there were some codes but not one for our front door. I had to call to get it. The staff was friendly. The bedrooms are all downstairs in a row and the two bathrooms are next to each other at one end. The bathroom doors open out to the hallway and so do the bedroom doors. The hallway is very narrow so doors have to be closed to move through the hall. It’s a very poor design. Bathrooms are in need of an update; grout in the showers is becoming discolored or coming out. Both bathrooms are super small and there was only one towel rack. The place was okay for us since it was only a crash pad.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is the best part of this property. A few days before, our unit number was changed due to maintenance issues with the other unit. A day before our departure, I received a call from a representative who told me the dishwasher was broken amd we would be provided with extra rags and dish soap. We were not provided with extra soap amd rags. They waived the early check in fee because of the dishwasher but the code was never updated and we had issues entering the property. Upon entering, the ice machine from the freezer was broken, a few lights were burnt out and we were missing comforters on two of the beds. When I notified the company of these issues, I was told that the cleaning crew and inspectors had pictures of all the bedding in place and was asked to send photos of the missing blankets. Two throw blankets were delivered. A maintenance guy showed up amd measured the front door with a tape measure then promptly left without addressing the broken appliances or lights. The property does not have on site parking which was another hassle especially in Savannah. I would not stay here again due to the issues with the property and the lack of response from the company when notified.

The location of the apartment was perfect! The actual apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival. We walked across the floor and our feet were black on the bottom after 2 minutes, it was so sandy you had to wear shoes everywhere. The listing shows that the apartment has a rooftop. It was the only reason we booked this place. When we reached out after we got there for directions on how to access we were told that they no longer allowed access to renters. We never would have spent all of the money on this place had we known that. They should have removed it from their website if that was the case. I feel like we got swindled.

We had an issue with some maintenance, but the company responded quickly and fixed this issues. That detail plus the transformed office windows made staying there feel little vulnerable for my all women group. The sound of drunk tourists and friends was hard not to notice in the late hours, even though the windowless bedrooms were located below ground. The amenities were useful but the details like a bedside table, hooks for towels and clothing in the bathroom, and even a mirror in the 4th bedroom would have made for a far more comfortable experience. The sheets were 150 thread count at max.The lack of a couch was odd, and gave the impression we were in a waiting room. We wished the attention was paid to the little things.Also be prepared to PAY for early or late check-ins. No courtesies here. The location was excellent. The

We did have a little trouble finding the unit as the instructions said to go inside the building, and our unit was accessible from the street. Unit was clean with plenty of linens and toiletries and kitchenware. Bedrooms were spacious. Location was amazing, and was a quick walk to everything. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck access. Our only complaints were that the description said it slept 8. While there were beds for 8, one twin bed was located under the stairs in the downstairs hallway. With the unit open to the upstairs along with the bed being in the main walkway, this was not an ideal sleeping location. You could also hear the neighbors loudly through the walls, and the people walking outside. Despite the few inconveniences, it was a great place to stay for our girls trip to Savannah.

The location is fantastic and the communication and detail from Savannah Rentals is on point. We had an incident where we were locked out because our door code no longer worked. I called them and it got fixed right away. Overall, great value and you can’t beat the location.

Perfect location! Walk to everything downtown

Modern apartment in a great location. Good option for friends or multiple families. Lots of bedrooms. If you want to stay in a historical home, choose one of their houses instead. Minutes to walk to the riverfront or to Forsyth park. Lucky Savannah staff was wonderful.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!

This place was in the perfect spot ! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! We traveled in a pack of 7 (Ladies) and we felt safe everywhere we went, and walking back late in the evening. The accommodations were nice. Layout much different than expected. Unit 104. All the rooms were downstairs with no windows. Not a problem for us as we were only there 4 nights, and we were out all day, so we got plenty of sunshine. The space was very clean for the most part... The floors on both levels were filthy, so much so that we all bought throw away slippers to keep our feet from turning black. Other than that, the showers were clean with good water pressure, we had plenty of towels and a washer and dryer that worked properly. There was plenty of ice in the ice maker for our needs, we bought our own coffee, but there were filters in cabinet. Not a keurig, but a 12 cup coffee maker. If we could found a mop, we seriously would have mopped it ourselves and never gave it another thought. It was that great of a location and price for us! We will definitely stay here again if we come back in another year! We also let the property know about some water seepage coming through the floor in 2 of the bedrooms and they were quick to respond! It was a great place!
