This brand NEW custom home Featured in the Jan/Feb 2023 LUXE magazine was completed in 2022, and won HGTV Countryside Escapes 2023.
Noir Peaks is a modern getaway in the Fort Valley/North Flagstaff area. We hired the finest artists and professionals to create this mountain retreat for you to enjoy. This home was designed by a 3x national The Ranch Mine award-winning architect recognized in Architectural Digest and Dwell Magazine. The interior design team worked on the Country Club at DC Ranch, Terravita, and the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain Casitas/suites and brought their expertise and thoughtful planning to this property.

You will be delighted with the unobstructed mountain views in the living room, and in 3 of the bedrooms. This home has two primary suites, and no one has a "bad bedroom". The indoor dining room seats 10 and 5 stools at the counter. If you prefer alfresco dining in the summer months, we have an outdoor table that seats 10 and a built-in gas grill with two outdoor fireplaces.

The living room has a fireplace with 2 long couches and 2 swivel chairs with a window seat.

There are plenty of games including - Poker, Chess, Backgammon, Connect 4, Monopoly, cards, and many Kids games and toys etc.

Bedroom set up:
The two master suites, third bedroom and a bunk room with 4 XL Twin beds to accommodate teens sleeps 10.

Master #1 - King bed, fireplace, TV and incredible mountain view. The ensuite bathroom has 2 shower heads, double cement vanities and towel warmer.

Master #2 - king bed, desk, TV and incredible mountain view. The ensuite bathroom has an extra deep tub for soaking, double cement vanity, and towel warmer.

Bedroom # 3 - King bed, TV and incredible mountain view. Shower/Bath next to bedroom.

Bunk room - 4 XL twins with individual plugs to charge electronics and lights for nighttime reading.

Notes:
The outdoor seating is stored during the winter - it is too windy.
During the winter, you can store your ski gear in the heated garage.

So happy we found this gem. Jason was a great host and answered all our questions. Cozy and spacious enough for a family of 8. So close to the entrance of Snowbowl, which was a plus. We will definitely be staying here again.

Incredible House!!!

We had the most amazing time during our stay, and it was very convenient to drive up to the Grand Canyon with our two little kids for a day trip. The house was incredible and inspiring. So clean, fun toys for the kids and amazing attention to detail for the adults. I would absolutely stay here again!!

We love our annual getaway to Noir Peaks. The location is great — with the best view! And the home and amenities are perfect. Gorgeous design, thoughtful details, and wonderful communication from Jason. We truly feel at home and so relaxed every time. I highly recommend it for a chic, Scandi, mountain view getaway.

You might never leave!

This place is absolutely stunning inside and out. Jason was an incredible host who was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. The house had everything you could ask for. Big comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, showers with great water pressure, and the most incredible views. We used the house as a jumping off point to visit Grand Canyon, antelope canyon and Sedona. The neighborhood has zero light pollution, so the night sky was amazing. We hope we have the opportunity to return again.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

My wife and I spent 10 days at Noir Peaks and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It had fabulous views of the San Francisco mountains, and was located a few miles from Flagstaff, so it was quite but accessible to so many attractions. We also had 2 couples visit us for a few days and the layout of the property was such that everyone felt comfortable. The host, Jason, was very proactive in his communications, and I would highly recommend this high-end property to others.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Week Escape

Hope to return to this stunning property again! We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Great location with beautiful views from every window. Amazing sunrises and gorgeous starry skies. Perfectly situated for a day trip to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and easy to get to historic Flagstaff. House is very well-stocked with nice amenities. Jason was a great host--excellent communication and instructions for the house. Hope to return again soon!

Lovely Modern Mountain Home

My family had a wonderful time at this fantastic home. It has all the amenities you need and more! We were able to cook most meals while there and use the patio furniture (despite the wind). The view of Snowbowl is unbeatable. The owner, jason, is incredibly helpful snd super responsive. He has great tips on nearby restaurants and hiking trails if you do not want to make the short 10 minute trek into town. We will certainly be back!

Tranquil and Exquisite

This property was INCREDIBLE. The architecture and design are impeccable and the home has all the amenities you could want (and more). Plus, it has a breathtaking view of Mt Humphreys which created a spectacular experience every sunrise and sunset. The property manager was so great to communicate with and made everything feel organized and relaxed - he definitely went above and beyond. Zero complaints (other than I wish we would have booked a longer stay). This will be our new family retreat. Can’t wait to return!

Exactly what we needed, and so much more!

My wife and I decided that getting away after the hectic holidays sounded like a good plan, and this home solidified that idea quickly! The home was by far the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in, especially in the kitchen. The decor was absolutely top notch. The location to Snowbowl couldn’t be any better. The home was designed with that view in mind. The mountain is majestically framed by windows and sliding glass door from every room. We never closed the blinds once in the bedroom so we could wake up to the spectacular view. He had a handful of kids with us that enjoyed playing in the snow while the parents could watch from the cozy living room. We are also having a tough time adjusting back home without heated floors. The radiant heated floors are a feature I never realized I needed. The tile at home is just so cold now…. Trust me when I say your socks are your new slippers. Jason was very communicative and even helpful beyond the rental with valuable tips on building in Flagstaff since my wife and I are currently in the market to build up there as well. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will 100% be back!!

We had another excellent experience at Noir Peaks! This is our favorite family retreat to enjoy in the cooler months as the perfect mountain getaway.The home design is exceptional and filled with amenities. It truly feels like a home away from home and is so elevated. Jason goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of and communicates consistently and effectively. He's so helpful and professional. We love staying here and look forward to our next trip.

We had a great stay with our extended family for Thanksgiving. The furnishings are beautiful! The house and kitchen was fully equipped to handle our big family and home cooked meals. Close proximity to Snowbowl and downtown Flagstaff.

House is like a FIVE STAR Hotel!

First off, the house is stunningly beautiful, with so many amazing finishes and touches. The kitchen is a gorgeous dream kitchen. The bathrooms are all gorgeous dream bathrooms. The house is a new build, and very well designed, with 3 very spacious bedrooms on one side of the house and a very large master suite on the other side. The house was very clean, in pristine condition, and loaded with all of the amenities, including board games for the kids, and a high-chair and pack n play. Communication with Jason was super easy and friendly, He is a fantastic host and wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we definitely did! And the location is spectacular. Beautiful views of mountains and pine trees from every window. And the house itself is situated about an hour from the main entrance to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, and about 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. We highly highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here often!

Amazing property!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. It was designed by Ranch Mine, a well-know architecture firm in Phoenix and they nailed it! Not only is it beautiful, but so functional for our family. The house has everything you need and more, and was so well thought out. Jason was great with communication. The location and area are our favorite, close to everything, but still feel secluded. The Mountain views are unbeatable. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

A family-friendly Flagstaff gem, perfect year round.

We rented the house for the week to celebrate my father’s 75th birthday. We have two children, ages 4 and 6. The house was absolutely perfect — high design, great location near Snowbowl (my kids LOVE going up the gondola in the summer), and easy access to a delightful walking path in the woods nearby. VRBO’s can often let you down in practice, but this house did not disappoint. Beautifully designed and constructed, it satisfied the adults’ taste and delighted the children with its fun bunk room, paved driveway where they could scooter, and a closet full of games. Highly recommend the Northern Arizona Museum and Thorne park, just ~10min drive away, as well as evening strolls in the national forest around the corner. We can’t wait to return during ski season. This house will be our year round go-to in Flagstaff.

Amazing home outside Flagstaff - Be prepared to be wowed!

Our stay at Noir Peaks was perfect. The home is stunningly beautiful and architecturally pure. And the views of Humphreys Peak are breathtaking. The expansive patio is great for entertaining and star-gazing at night. Jason, the host, is on top of everything and super responsive. The nearby hiking is some of the best in Arizona. We can’t wait to book it again!

We fell in love with Flagstaff and the year round activities. Winter & Spring at Snowbowl is a skiers delight. We get around 100 inches of snow per year, and the summers are an escape from the searing heat of the valley. We enjoy hiking and there are 130 trails in the region to choose from. The new Gondola at Snowbowl is open in Summer and the Aspens changing color in the Fall shouldn't be missed. As a contractor, I love to create and build.

Why they chose this property

We are close to everything without the traffic. Only 8.3 miles North of Flagstaff and all of the fun dining/shopping.
