The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
If Furniture are moved, please return back to the original location. Turn all AC off when leaving
Please place used linens and towels in the laundry room in the laundry basket.
Make sure all doors are closed, including patio doors in the bedroom and courtyard area
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All person using the pool do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. No running is allowed.
Adults are responsible for the action of all kids. Kids under the age of 13 are not allowed
Large gathering requires preapproval. No more than 50 individuals allowed. No loud music after 10 pm.
