Perfect sunset view!

Our stay here was lovely! The space was perfect for us, everything was exceptionally clean and the balcony with that view was a bit of heaven! Management was very responsive, very friendly and very helpful when we had a couple questions. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Spring Break Trip

We really enjoyed our stay—the place was very nice and the view was absolutely amazing. The location was also perfect, making it super convenient to explore the area. However, the pool rules for kids were a bit too strict for our liking. No jumping, no floats, no throwing a ball, no food, and no adult drinks allowed in the pool area made it a bit frustrating, especially when traveling with children.

This unit was clean, cozy, and perfect for a soothing vacation. The beautiful porch view of the estuary made for many relaxing evenings watching the sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped with all needed cook ware and other necessities. The pool facilities were well maintained and was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat. A short walk to the water made it convenient for a beach day full of shell hunting, surf fishing, and lounging in the sun. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for the perfect Marco Island experience. We will definitely be staying again!

A perfect holiday home

A beautifully located apartment overlooking The Mexican Gulf. Tastefully furnished with all amenities provided for. A fully fitted out kitchen. A small downer was that the 2 bathrooms are a little old and tired with fixed showers in the bath which would make it difficult for anybody who had monility issu It would have been nice to have had a separate shower unit in one of the bathrooms.

Decent condo

After some confusion with key pickup we found the condo to be clean and bright. Bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating but both were functional. Screen door to living area impossible to use. Also, a real ironing board would be nice. Having one set of keys also made for some frustration. All in all a decent value for the price

It was big and clean. Nice view. Originally it said it was on the 10th floor but it was on the 18th floor. Our mattress in the king bed needs to be replaced. I kept rolling towards the middle. The patio furniture cushions were falling apart. Our parking pass expired 2 days straight. The workout room was very good.

The property was nice with a great view. Laundry was easy to use. Elevators were quick to come. Lots of towels and linens. Kitchen floor was dirty. My wife had to mop it to remove sticky stuff on floor. We purchased new beach chairs because chairs in the closet were in poor condition. We left the chairs we bought for others to use. All appliances worked well.

First time at Seaside

the accommodations were very good but when I made a request to Vacasa to look into an issue in the condo they never responded. I called 4 days in a row and each time they told me they would arrange for someone to call me to take care of it. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! VERY POOR ON SITE SERVICE!!!

Condo vacation

Overall property was decent and was clean and we did appreciate the security offered.Our condo was dated though and could use some updating and definitely some new beach chairs, umbrella, and cart. These were old and on their last leg. All of the drains were clogged so that should get taken care of as it was extremely frustrating. Most disappointing part was the listing mentioned having a hotub in 3 parts but there is no hotub on the property. This was a big reason for us booking at this location as we are daily hotub users at home. The listing should absolutely be fixed so it states accurate information.

Sea side

We rented property due to tvs in each bedroom according to description. There was none in 2nd bedroom. They stated hot tub, there is no hotub on property. The master shower tub was clogged from the first day, we send several messages to try and get help, a guy came out on day 10 of our stay poured liquid drank and left. It did nothing, we sent another message. The master ki g bed was horrible worst bed we have ever used with vrbo. The living room door to the deck was almost impossible to open or shut. And lastly they gave only 1 set of condo keys, that's just stupid. Adults of 4 need 2. The condo was very disappointing.
