About this property

This beautiful vacation home in Tossa de Mar is located only 400 meters from the Mediterranean Sea and convinces with its fabulous interior and areas to relax on the terraces and in the garden. At the same time you have a fantastic view of the surroundings. Here you can end a long day and enjoy a cozy barbecue. On the first floor of the house spreads the comfortable living room with dining area and spacious kitchen. A staircase will take you to the upper floor. Here you will find the 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom.
In the urbanization you have access to the large communal pool, where your children can romp on the playground while you sunbathe on the lawns, or spend the day on the beautiful private beach Cala Llevadó, which you can reach by car via a small path.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.

Nice location, bad property management

Our stay got off to a terrible start when the property manager gave us the wrong address. Even the GPS coordinates on the voucher were for the wrong. It took a couple of hours for the property manager to come to us and provide the right location - not great with 2 small children. Positives: once we were in the property we enjoyed the location and the outside space of the property.
