In the district of Cala Salionç, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. In the complex: lift. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 500 m, swimming bay 50 m. Golf course 15 km, tennis 500 m, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Sant Feliu de Guixols 14 km, Platja d'Aro 19 km, Tossa de mar 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Lástima del estado del agua

Todo fue bastante bueno, pero lamentablemente no pudimos bañarnos en la cala, porque estuvo la mayoría de los días cerrada con bandera roja por motivos de salud ( el agua no pasaba los controles de calidad por avería en el desagüe que va a la playa y estaba contaminada). Una pena, alquilas apartamento a píe de playa y no la puedes usar. Un desastre.

Logement propre et beau mais emplacement pas adapté à un séjour hors saison Tout est loin au minimum 20mn de route L’ete les commerces doivent être ouvert et cela doit devenir plus agréable Sinon belle vue et à 3 mn de la plage

buenas vistas

lo mejor de esta casa es sin duda la terraza y las vistas.La cocina un pelo justa, pero bien equipada.Lo peor de los dos baños que hay es que donde están todas las habitaciones sólo hay un baño para compartir, el otro mini baño que está abajo estaba la el pomo de la puerta roto y no vinieron a arreglarlo.Lo otro negativo es que ponía que tenía wifi y no había, no nos dijeron nada y al llamar nos dieron la excusa que con el covid no había llegado el router.1 sola pista de tenis para la urbanizaci
