Attached Unit, a few minute walk from the Beach

Full one bedroom, one bathroom, living area with a 60 inch flat screen and kitchenette. This is an attached with its own private entry. We are located one and a half blocks from a private beach with key access. This dwelling is attached to our home that we live in with our family and animals including two small dogs and two cats.

Lovely property, very clean and private. Check in was a breeze as directions were clear. Bed was super comfortable and the living area was light and bright. Its in a quiet neighborhood near the ocean and the private beach is lovely. If you are looking for something quiet and out of the hustle and bustle this is a great spot.

Stunning private neighborhood with attentive hosts

Lovely one bedroom apartment with dedicated parking located in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a small beach. Short drive to Santa Barbara attractions. Host was responsive and friendly. Really loved our stay!

This place is a gem! We were in town for my son’s student orientation at UCSB, and this place is very conveniently located to campus and easy to get to. It was a very clean, private, quiet and safe sanctuary to return to after a long and full day at UCSB. I would stay here over and over each time I’m visiting UCSB. Hosts were quick to respond and wonderful.

Great place for two people. The walk to the beach was quick and safe. Private beach for the association meant not alot of people. Well off the beaten path in a great neighborhood.

Quiet, close proximity to Santa Barbara and Goleta

Our daughter goes to UCSB and we wanted to stay nearby but not in a cookie cutter hotel. This place fit our criteria and much more. The place is just right for the two of us and our medium sized dog. The neighborhood is very, very nice and private access to the beach is just down the street. We would stay there again and again.

This unit was so beautiful and clean ! The host was very communicative in making our stay comfortable. The access to the beach was a amazing bonus to this place. Originally planned for a one night stay but ended up loving it so much we stayed another night. Highly recommend

Lovely place short walk to the beach.

This rental was perfect for me! I enjoyed the short walk to the private beach to see the sunset each nt. The rental is also close to great hiking and biking trails. Durning low tide you can walk as far as you can see down the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a separate room with the tv couch and kitchenette. Host family was very accommodating and responded promptly to questions. I hope to stay again in the future!

Quiet time out.

Perfect beach stay. Minutes from steps to private beach. Marine layer cool in the morning. Crazy how pleasant the weather was with heat records everywhere. Private cul de sac location.

Cold weekend

The weather was unseasonably cold. The small heater in the unit was not able to keep up. Contacted the owner and they supplied an additional heated that made it more comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Short but beautiful stay

Owner was constantly in contact and provided everything we needed. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood with private beach access. Bathroom supplies were plentiful and towels and bedding as well. Was a bit difficult to find as we got there very late at night but once we found the neighborhood it was quite easy. Great place to stay if you’re looking for a place in beautiful SB.
