Santa Barbara Serenity 1-bedroom Guest Apt.

Enjoy Santa Barbara and surrounding areas and end your day relaxing and unwinding in this clean, cozy, serene and comfortable guest apartment, with mountain views, private entrance, patio, BBQ, free Washer & Dryer, W/F, A/C, hair dryer and Iron, and full equipped kitchen.

The apartment has 4 beds: The private bedroom has a Queen size bed. In the living room/kitchen area there are 2 trundle beds for adults or kids, additionally a sofa bed for a kid, and a foldable baby crib.

Property is located in a very secluded death end road. The Apartment is on a second floor on a separate building in the back of the property. Free and assigned parking space for one auto in our private driveway is included.

Excellent location close to shopping malls, freeway, bike/walking paths, only 10 minute drive to downtown or UCSB, and only 25-30 minutes drive to Wine Country, the Chumash Casino, and the town of Solvang the sun-soaked slice of Danish culture in the Santa Ynez Valley.

SB short stay!

This location was perfect and the place was exactly as described. I knew it was small, but that was okay. It felt really good, safe, quiet, just as expected and I loved the vibe, games, puzzles, etc. I appreciate that the owners were right there if we needed something. It's well maintained, well stocked and looks great too!

Clean, well-outfitted apt

Conveniently located just a few blocks from the 101 near the upper end of State Street. The apartment is very clean, nice kitchen with lots of appliances beyond the stove and fridge (air fryer, coffee grinder, full-size washer/dryer). Neighborhood is quiet with bike/walking trail nearby. I look forward to visiting again.
