In a beautiful hilly position, from which you can admire the view of the sea and the surrounding hills, is this typical Tuscan property, consisting of a farmhouse, a porch and a large swimming pool and a large property divided into woods, meadows and olive groves. Beautiful country house "Podere le Valli", detached. 6 km from the centre of Riparbella, 10 km from the centre of Cecina, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 10 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 17.May. - 27.Sep.). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access (1.3 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station 9 km, sandy beach 10 km. Marina 10 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 20 km, Volterra 30 km. Please note: car recommended. In the upper part of the house there is a small apartment which is opened with reservation for 8-11 people.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Superschöne Lage im Grünen mit toller Aussicht. Sauber, gute neue Matratzen. Schöner Pool. Die Zufahrt ist je nach Wetter eine Herausforderung (teilweise steiles unbefestigtes Strässchen) durch Waldgebiet). Das Inventar ist ein bisschen ältlich und teilweise defekt, und es hat, gemessen an den beworbenen Betten (mind. 6 Schlafplätze), zuwenig Geschirr und Besteck. Tipp: Unbedingt Grundausstattung für Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Oel etc. mitbringen. Es steht diesbezüglich nichts bereit.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in einer herrlichen Umgebung in der Toskana. Unsere Erwartung an einen entspannten Urlaub jenseits des Massentourismus wurden vollends erfüllt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Empfehlenswert für große Familie oder großer Freundeskreis.

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub

Wir 4 Erwachsene+3 Kinder (zwischen 8-15) haben 9 tolle Tage im Haus verbracht. Alles vorhanden, Küche gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind bequem, das Haus ist groß genug. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, in der Umgebung kann man tolle Ausflüge machen, das Meer ist auch gut mit Auto erreichbar. Wir können den Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Ruhe und Weitblick

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen hervorragend. Die Umgebung und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Der Weg war stellenweise abenteuerlich, ein SUV war hilfreich. Sehr einsam gelegen die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Verwalter sprechen wirklich nur italienisch, keine Verständigung in anderen Sprachen möglich.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage und ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag kontrolliert und sauber gemacht. Der Garten ums Haus war sehr schön. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich,uns hat es als Familie sehr gefallen und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Einzig die Liegestühle am Pool dürften wieder mal erneuert werden. Sonst war alles Top.

Phantastische Lage

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, das Haus liegt völlig allein auf einem Hügel mit Sonne vom Aufgang bis Untergang und Blick aufs Meer und Cecina. Etwas störend ist die spartanische Küche mit spartanischer Ausstattung wo doch die Terrasse und der Garten geradezu einladen mit Familie und Freunde zu kochen, grillen und zu essen. Störend ist auch, dass die Wohnung der Eigentümer nur mit einer Türe getrennt ist, und diese und von der Seite der Ferienwohnung die Tür nicht verschlossen werden kann.

Vila s bazénem se nachází na krásném místě na kopci s výhledem do údolí a na vinice, lze dohlédnout i na moře. Bohužel příjezdová cesta je špatně označena, místy velmi strmá a nerovná. Je dobře vybavena nádobím, možná by potřebovala více péče s údržbou.

Schönes Ferienhaus, in toller Lage

Schönes Ferienhaus, in toller Lage, eine Spülmaschine fehlt und sollte ergänzt werden. WLAN ist etwas schwach auf der Brust und man hat nicht im komplettem Haus Empfang. Möbel etwas altbacken, aber Betten waren super! Bei schönem Wetter sieht man das Meer. Der Weg zum Haus ist eine spannende Fahrt. Die Liegen am Pool sind etwas abgenutzt. Wir waren aber im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden! Alles war super sauber.

...wenn man keine Angst hat ca. 6 min Feld&Wiesenweg bergauf zu fahren ist es von der Lage her nicht zu toppen. Gute Raumaufteilung und herrliche Ruhe für die gesammte Familie. Eine Spülmaschine währe noch die Krönung. Toller Pool - Klasse überdachte Terrasse - bei jedem Wetter nutzbar.

Piękny dom w stylu włoskim z basenem, położony na wzgórzu, daleko od świata. Cisza i spokój. Dom tak naprawdę posiada 3 łazienki, w tym główna sypialnia z otwartą łazienką, w środku dwa kominki. Basen codziennie oczyszczany. Gospodarz przesympatyczny i pomocny. Widoki z posiadłości obłędne. Droga prowadząca do posiadłości jest nieutwardzona, prowadzi przez lasek, jest żwirowa i momentami może sprawiać kłopoty, szczególnie samochodom o niskim zawieszeniu .

Piękny i przestronny dom z cudownym widokiem. Cisza i spokój a jednocześnie dobry punkt wypadowy np do Ceciny, Volterry, Pizy. Gorąco polecam.
