Villa Kortini, newly built and completed in October 2018, is a modern and luxuriously equipped holiday home. It has a private and heated saltwater pool (8x4m), 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (en suit) and its own balcony. The architecture of the villa is designed so that you have a beautiful view of the Atlantic from every bedroom. Each bedroom has a very spacious wardrobe, in the master bedroom there is also a large TV. The house has a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a bright, light-flooded living and dining area. The large panoramic windows give you direct access to the terrace with pool. Here you have the opportunity to grill, eat outdoors or simply relax on the comfortable sun loungers.
There is a small garden around the house. There is enough space for your vehicle on the grounds of the villa.

Pool heating:

The pool heating is optional, costs € 175.00 per week, for a water temperature of 26ºC and is payable in cash on arrival.
Use of the pool heater should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum fee for one week, which is payable from the time of commissioning, applies.
