Valley View-Villa with heated pool and sauna

Valley View is a wonderful dream villa with a superb view of the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy at sunset accompanied by a glass of Madeira wine.
Outside there is the swimming pool, with excellent sun exposure throughout the day, ideal for recharging, reading, sunbathing or if you prefer a delicious barbecue, within the same area includes sound system, ample outdoor space free that provides pleasant moments in the company of family and friends.

The house has a magnificent living room where we can enjoy natural light and sea view thanks to the large panes, there is a cable TV and free internet (WIFI), a fully equipped kitchen, in the center an island and a Dining table for 6 people.

Valley View has a contemporary style and was designed in early 2015. This stunning villa offers every comfort and is the ideal space for an unforgettable vacation.
The feeling continues with the suite, which offers a panoramic view of the sea even when lying down, has a private bathroom where you can watch from the jacuzzi tub to Calheta beach, there are two more bathrooms both with shower and two bedrooms With sea view balcony, one with a double bed and the other a twin room, outside, is the laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

At the entrance of the villa there is a beautiful garden and private parking for two or more cars, a rental car is recommended. It is within easy reach and is within walking distance of the Costa Verde viewpoint / restaurant, which in turn offers splendid views of the Madalena do Mar. For the boldest, it is the ideal area for paragliding because it has its own place right next to the house where you can do it. It is a ten minute drive to Vila da Calheta where you will find a fantastic yellow sandy beach, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc ...

The perfect location

The villa was exactly what we expected and more. The hill top location gives you privacy and a stunnng view of the coastline. We will be back. Many thanks to Fàtima and her husband for a smooth check in process and a lovely villa.

Great stay in a wonderful house

The house is very clean and well in shape. The breathtaking terrace is nice at all daytimes. We spent every breakfast and the time after dinner on the deck and enjoyed this very much. The host was super kind and friendly, we had a very well instruction for the house. Overall a very good choice for a stay on Madeira.

Beautiful Island, Crazy Neighbors

Pros: - check in was smooth - property is beautiful - amazing views Cons: - very slow wifi - ants everywhere in kitchen and bedrooms, they got into our food in the fridge and all throughout our luggage (they came from outside because doors and windows aren't sealed well.) - hot water almost nonexistent after first two days - crazy drunk neighbors broke onto property and smashed the back windshield of rental car in the middle of night. - owner (who is different from property managers) refuses to provide footage from security camera so that we can press charges against neighbor. - property managers also are not responding to messages All in all thought the island was great for hiking and scuba diving but would definitely stay at another location if we visit again.

It is unpleasant to have to read such a comment. In years of work, we've never had any problems of any kind, you've gone too far in slandering our house in this way. I have always provided an excellent service, I have a degree in the field of tourism and for that very reason, I have enough knowledge to know how important the image we pass on to our accommodation is and for that reason I always give my best above anything else. Honesty is my middle name, I wouldn't do anyone wrong, I work with multiple accommodations and I've never seen anything like it. It is regrettable that you do not want to take responsibility for the loss of glass and prefer to unfairly slander our villa when all our reviews are 5 stars. My conscience is clear, yours, I don't know.

Modernes Haus mit Traumaussicht

Aufenthalt war perfekt organisiert, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Fliegengitter an Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer waren sehr nützlich, vielleicht wäre das auch eine Idee für die anderen Schlafzimmer.

Schönes Haus in grandioser Lage

Dieses schöne Split-Level Haus liegt in 440 m Höhe mit tollem Blick auf den Ozean und die Stadt. Die Sonnenuntergänge und die Wolkenspiele sind jeden Tag ein Spektakel. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, man findet alles, was man braucht. Die meisten Schiebefenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Das Master-Bedroom mit dem Bad ist ein schönes Highlight. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, und bekamen wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt.

Tolle Villa mit gigantischem Ausblick

Die Villa war sehr geräumig, sauber mit atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Atlantik, Küste, Berge und das angrenzende Tal. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll ausgestattet und auch die 3 Bäder waren sehr sauber und entweder mit Dusche oder Whirlpool ausgestattet, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Die Küche hatte Kühl- und Tiefkühlschrank und riesige Arbeitsflächen. Sie war sehr modern und mit fast allem ausgestattet. In fast allen Räumen gab es Fliegengitter an den Schiebetüren, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Der riesige Pool lud jeden Tag zum Baden und gemütliche Sonnenliegen zum Sonnen ein, außerdem war es war wunderbar gleichzeitig den Paraglidern nebenan zuzuschauen. Sehr praktisch war der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist einmalig ruhig, etwas abseits allerdings ist ein Auto notwendig. Innerhalb von 5-10 min gibt es einen Supermarkt, versch. Bars und Restaurants oder Pizzeria zu erreichen. Von hier aus lassen sich tolle Ausflüge zum Hafen, Levada- Wanderungen oder Funchal, Paul de Serra starten. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit Fatima waren problemlos und superfreundlich. Sie reagierte immer sofort auf Nachfragen und war sehr engagiert. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Super Lage, einfach traumhaft!t

Sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus in einer traumhaften Lage, einfach nicht zu toppen! Der Ausblick aus dem Master bedroom und dem Wohnzimmer ist zu jeder Tageszeit einmalig! Das Haus ist gepflegt, alles sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr sauber und genügend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze, Olivenöl, ein paar Konserven, so dass man nicht für jede Kleinigkeit einkaufen musste. Auch Kosmetikartikel gab es genügend. Freundliche Gastgeberin, Fatima hat uns auch Tipps zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne wieder hier buchen!

What a lovely week in a superb villa. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and amazing views. Fatima welcomed us to the villa, showed us around and left her number in case we needed anything - a nice feeling to know there was someone to call if we needed to. Madeira paragliding is next door and so afternoons watching paragliders fly by and around the valley were great fun. We fell in love with Madeira - we will be back!

Traumferienhaus

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenies) waren 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Jeden Tag haben wir die wunderbar ruhigen Morgenstunden in den Liegen mit traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik und jeden Abend unterschiedliche Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Das Klima war perfekt, die sich schnell ändernden Wolkenschauspiele faszinierend, die Kids liebten den Pool und Madeira per se hat uns verzaubert. Was für eine herrliche, abwechslungsreiche und lebendige Natur. Die Stimmung haben wir überall (egal ob beim Sonnenaufgang am Pico Arieiro, in Funchal oder beim ins Meerspringen in Ponta del Sol) als sehr friedlich wahrgenommen. Von der Villa aus kommt man sehr gut an viele Ausflugsziele. Fatima und Carlos haben uns sehr nett empfangen, während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts unkompliziert erreichbar und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Vielen Dank für alles und bis hoffentlich mal wieder eines Tages :)

wunderbarer Urlaub

Uns hat das Haus sehr gefallen. Einfach herrlich ist die unverbaute Aussicht aus 450 m Höhe auf den Atlantik. Am Pool zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen, das hatte was. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet und bei Bedarf konnten wir uns an Fatima wenden, die uns sehr freundlich und schnell zur Seite stand. Für alle, die ein Auto gemietet haben und Madeira erkunden wollen, können wir dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Le design et le panorama

Excellent accueil de Fatima et de son mari. Maison design très propre et très confortable avec un emplacement idéal pour les visites et une vue magnifique. Très facile à trouver à coté des parapentes . Splendide ! Seul bémol, la piscine était un peu fraiche mais on en a profité quand même.

Perfect Villa/Perfect Host/Perfect Location top of the hill

Where to start, the villa is amazing, very modern and all well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The pool, the location the view, really something special hard to find a better place. The host: Super flexible, very fast and incredible nice people. Wunderschön

Wir durften ab Mitte Juli 2020 zwei Wochen unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus auf Madeira verbringen. Wir, dass sind meine 19 jährige Tochter, mein Mann, seine große Schwester, unsere Mütter und ich. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Schon ab der Buchung, wurden alle unsere Fragen durch Fatima immer und schnell beantwortet. Dadurch hatte ich als "Reiseleiter" immer ein gutes Gefühl. Wir mussten am Flughafen einen Corona Test durchführen. Nicht schön, aber alles war super organisiert am Flughafen und es ging schnell. Eine kurze Nachricht bei der Ankunft am Haus und wir wurden sofort persönlich und freundlich begrüßt am Haus. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Auch war der Kühlschrank schon etwas für den Start gefüllt. Das war sehr aufmerksam, da wir ja bis zum Testergebnis das Haus nicht verlassen durften. Das Haus hat Hanglage und ist über mehrere Etagen verteilt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und so haben sich 3 Generationen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt nichts, was ich bemängeln könnte. Der tolle Ausblick kommt gar nicht ausreichend auf den Bildern zur Geltung. Wir haben wunderschöne Abende beim Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenuntergang verbracht. Es war für uns aus der Stadt, weit weg vom Meer atemberaubend. Für alle war der Pool nach den Ausflügen eine tolle Abkühlung. Tip, top sauber. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

The best view and the best weather

Very comfortable, plenty room, very nice pool with the greatest view. Wi-fi didn’t work well, I was always on my 4g or I wouldn’t get any message or update from work. But it Did work with my laptop though. The jacuzzi wasn’t also working - which was disappointing once it was one plus for me to get this house booked. The house was very hot. Which was ok for me, But for some people it won’t. The rest was very very nice. Close to the village, and we felt like home. Thank you for a good experience.

The jacuzzi wasn´t working during your stay as the motor was damaged and there was unfortunately a delay in receiving it as it was coming from Germany. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, thankfully the motor has since arrived and the jacuzzi is now repaired. Very beautiful and clean house with a splendid view!

We are a couple + 3 teenagers and we stayed in this house in Arco da Calheta for 10 days. We all felt immediately at ease in the house. Fatima, the person that received us was very punctual, helpful, cheerful and kind! The house is located on the hills of Calheta, 3 or 4 km from one of the few sandy beaches of the island. It is located just next to the paragliding center (easy to find with Google). The surroundings are very quiet and it is very enjoyable to admire the view over the ocean at night. The house - accessible through an electric gate - is amazingly modern, clean and very, very well equipped besides the provided furniture and electrical household - everything you need is provided, from soaps to towels to bin bags and maps of the island, and a fruit basket, wine and a 'bolo de mel' were offered upon our arrival. The kitchen is very functional with all the cookware for 6 people. The kids loved the pool! We had a splendid stay in Madeira and would probably stay there again if we come back! Thanks for all!

Traumurlaub auf der Frühlingsinsel

Traumhaus, Traumaussicht und eine wunderbare Betreung. Bis auf die sehr schnell sich veränderten Wetterverhältnisse können wir nur beste Noten geben. Wir haben eine super schöne Woche auf Madeira verbracht. Nur zum empfehlen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Fatima Lira.
