We purchased this property because it has the interior space to be comfortable not cramped. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well layer out.
Has a large outdoor living area ( Penthouse) It’s like have a private backyard.
Is easily walkable to dining, entertainment, shopping, massage, and ocean beach.
And
It has the most amazing views that you will never get tired of.
At night, day, evening, or mornings. The views and colors are constantly changing.
People here tend to be happy, fun, and enjoying life.
