Exclusive Penthouse Unit! The Residences at the Divi Links, American owned from New Jersey. Our penthouse is located steps away from Eagle Beach, the best beach on the island. This unique property encompasses both worlds of condominium living and resort living. Our penthouse unit is very spacious at 1600 Sq. feet of living space, elevator access, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 half baths, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and terraces from both the master bedroom and living room area. It also has a very expansive rooftop terrace with a private elevator. This is a non-smoking property. Thank You..

The most exciting feature in this penthouse is its amazing 'private' rooftop terrace which has a covered wet bar and kitchen combined with hot tub. This totally private rooftop commands spectacular views of the ocean and golf course. It is fully decorated with comfortable furniture to relax on while sun bathing and is equipped with a full dining area that can fit 6 people! Our property is also unique for it allows our guests to enjoy private condo living as well as all the privileges of a premiere resort. Guests have access to all of the hotel amenities if they so choose. These amenities include: pool bartender, laundry service, daily cleaning option, pool/beach chairs and towels, transportation around property and to and from casino. This gives you all the luxuries and safety of a big hotel with the feeling of complete privacy.

Our Divi Links penthouse is the newest property on the island of Aruba. It is surrounded by a beautiful 9 hole golf course, amazing landscaping and a gorgeous resort pool with a water slide and swim up bar. There are 3 other pools on the property as well. One caters to young children and another that is more private for couples. Beautiful Eagle beach is steps away. It is very large and not crowded at all like the high-rise hotel beaches. It has cool grass huts, lounge chairs, and a beach bar that overlooks the ocean.

Shopping for groceries is very easy. It is a 10 minute walk or you can take a complimentary golf taxi to the edge of the property. Downtown luxury shopping is also a very short drive away and includes stores such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Tommy Hilfiger. Also located on the property, is a business center, fitness facility, casino and kids area which makes this an all around enjoyable, relaxing family vacation! JOIN us!!

Highly recommend this property and host. Location was unbeatable. Plenty of onsite dining options. The condo was clean and well stocked. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. The rooftop deck was super awesome. My only issue was with the staff in the lobby at the check in desk- note this has NOTHING to do with the host or condo itself. Check in was a 40 minute ordeal. I’ve been to Aruba a dozen times and this was by far the worst check in experience. Again- the host and condo were incredible and I’m hoping the lobby experience was just a one-off. The quality of the condo for the price we paid was exceptional.

We stayed here for two weeks, my wife and 3 kids (6, 8, 11). We all had the vacation of a lifetime. The condo was perfect, it had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The infinity pool with water slide was a big hit with our kids and the beautiful beaches are an easy 5 minute walk. Brett was a great host, communication before, during and after our stay. We will definitely rent from Brett the next time we come to Aruba.

Ultimate beach vacation

We had the best time at Brett and Kelly’s condo! The location is ideal, kids loved the infinity pool, and the condo had enough space for our family of 4 to spread out. Will definitely be back and would recommend the Divi to anyone!

Amazing stay!!

Family of 4 stayed for a week at this awesome property! Everything as described—location, amenities and the fabulous private rooftop oasis! Location is close to the airport and a short walk to the beach. Three great pools at the resort too! Having the golf course nearby was awesome for us. Easy communication with Brett and so much information about the property and local places to visit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful property with excellent hosts

The penthouse rooftop was amazing! Brett and Lisa were very responsive to issues we experienced. The condo wasn’t cleaned properly and they immediately sent a crew in to thoroughly clean it. We traveled with another couple and we each had plenty of space. The location is great especially if you’re a golfer which we are. They even supply golf clubs so no need to bring your own. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub is huge and very relaxing. The view from the rooftop is amazing and just for this condo! There were always taxis available from lobby to take us wherever we needed to go. There’s also a parking space just for this condo. We had a fabulous time and would return again. Thank you Brett and Lisa for your hospitality and great service!

Fun in the sun

Had the best time. As previous time share owners of this resort we have been here multiple times. Great atmosphere great staff great location. This year we didn’t have enough points so I went through vrbo and stayed at this penthouse location favorite part was winding down each night on the spacious balcony each night with a good book. Host was very attentive and accommodating and checked in frequently can’t say enough great things about this visit will definitely be back next year !!!

Amazing Aruba Experience

Having stayed at the Divi Golf Resort before we knew the property pretty well. This condo was by far the best place we have stayed in though. It was very well equipped for our stay and the roof top was unbelievably amazing. We will definitely try and book this condo again.

Fabulous Family Apartment

We stayed at this apartment for a week with our 2 daughters and can't say enough about how great this place was. The private rooftop provided an excellent getaway and all of the amenities up there were clean with a hot tub. The apartment itself had all the amenities you would need to cook and i have stayed at many places where it was dirty, but you could tell they took the time to thoroughly clean it. We also love the bedrooms with private bathrooms and the common living room. Only downside was the balcony near the living room had bird droppings on the chairs but that is hard to avoid as we saw the same around the pool. A real plus is being part of the Divi resort and access to all of the great amenities as well as fantastic, friendly staff. Can say enough about this place and highly recommend.

My wife and I have been vacationing in Aruba since 1985. We have stayed in many different types of hotels and time shares across the island but fell in love with The Residences at the Divi Links property. A year ago we decided it was time to buy our own place in this paradise. We chose this condo penthouse property over other condo facilities because it was the only one that offered both privacy and hotel like service. The other condo facilities on the island were very dark and almost too quiet. I wanted to be able to pick up the phone or go to a front desk if I needed too but still have my privacy. This gave us the best of both worlds. We hope you will enjoy our slice of paradise. The people are wonderful and the weather is always perfect. It is hot but always with a slight breeze so you never feel overheated! My wife and I can give you numerous list of places to eat and things to do! Have fun and enjoy. Why they chose this property

My wife and I chose this location to call home because it has access to the best beach on the island. The island of Aruba is very small (only 19 miles long). There were basically 3 locations on the island to consider when we were looking to buy a home. The high rise area which has all the major hotels and has become extremely crowded (tough to get space on the beach). The downtown area which is where all the ships come into port and is truly a 'shopping area'. The 3rd location is considered the 'lowrise' area. We fell in love with this area and chose to call this home because this part of the island has the best beach, is quiet yet has good access to casinos, restaurants and activities. There is no fighting for a seat on the beach and in our opinion truly captures the heart and soul of 'Aruba'.
