Hi! My name is Nicole. I live on site about 100 yards down the hill from the BnB site and am happy to answer questions and help make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Why they chose this property

After traveling around the country for a year I landed here in Grass Valley, California. I absolutely fell in love with the people and the local small towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City. Most importantly I fell in love with the beautiful Yuba River. Coming from the East coast it was the first true blue river I had ever seen.

Eventually I searched for a home of my own and found this place. There are so few properties in this area with a year round pond and creek along with being bordered by Wolf Creek. Surrounded by water, I knew this was my home.
