Cozy, clean and comfortable place to work, relax or enjoy the best of Nevada County's beauty. 15 minutes from historic downtown Nevada city and Grass Valley. 22 minutes from the gorgeous Yuba River 49 crossing. Couch can covert to second bed. Air mattress available upon request. Quiet and traffic free. Wifi, AC & Wood stove.
