ABOUT THE RENTAL
Overlooking a beautiful valley of trees in the heart of Birchwood Farms sits this spacious Bluffs Edge home. Enter through the front door into the living room with floor to ceiling windows, wood floors, and plenty of space to relax and take in the views. (*Fireplace not included for use in this rental.) The Bluffs Edge home is conducive to enjoying family meals, playing board games, and socializing with friends and family! The lovely, updated kitchen with clean, bright colors is complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and the perfect breakfast nook for morning coffee. Continue your day out into the cozy three season porch or onto the deck that spans the entire back of the home. The spacious primary suite on the main level just off from the living room is complete with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings, double vanities, walk-in shower, and an oversized soaking tub. Taking the stairs up and across the mezzanine are two more bedrooms (two twins in one bedroom and one queen in the other) and one full bathroom. There is another suite located above the garage with a queen bed and full bathroom creating a private and quiet space (note - this space does not have A/C like the rest of the home). The lower level is a spacious bonus space which works well for kids to be entertained or for larger groups such as a wedding party to spread out and get ready for their big day.

BIRCHWOOD COMMUNITY
This home is located in Birchwood Golf and Country Club, just above the shores of Lake Michigan. Bluffs Edge is within walking distance to the clubhouse area. Amenities are available to enjoy with a resort fee paid to Birchwood after booking the property. (**These amenities are an extra charge not included with your booking**) It is a four season retreat with its pristine 27-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, and heated swimming pools. If you are more of a winter adventurer, come enjoy the trails for cross country skiing, hiking, and snowshoeing. Harbor Springs and the surrounding resort communities also offer a wide array of exquisite restaurants, but take the opportunity to dine right within the community at the Grill Room or casual bar. Enjoy the advantage of this private club during your stay!
