The chalet is located near the base of Nubs Nob and is across the street from Boyne Highlands Ski & Golf Resort. (driveway is located right after entrance / sign for Nubs Nob Ski Resort) The chalet is also situated near two world class downtowns; Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

The chalet is an exceptional A-frame wood home that sleeps 14 in Hidden Hamlet of Harbor Springs. It is close to area golf courses, Petoskey State Park Beach, and Downtown Harbor Springs. The North Country Trail is within a short walking distance and is popular for biking and hiking. Lake Michigan, as well as numerous small lakes, is easily accessible for boating, kayaking, bathing, and fishing. Mushrooms are ready for picking, and spring blossoms are abundant showcased by lush fruit trees and carpets of Trillium. There is a huge deck with a BBQ grill for outdoor meals. The backyard is great for outdoor games. This chalet offers all the ingredients for a great outdoor up-north vacation!

The chalet features an open floor plan on three levels. The top level features a master queen bedroom with a view of Nubs Nob. The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. The top level also has a cozy balcony perfect for enjoying a book.

The main level is exquisite. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a large bathroom are located on this level. The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are also on this main level. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances, and a commercial grade gas range with convection oven. The living room has a gas fireplace with a 60” LED TV. The kitchen, living room and dining area opens to a large wrap-around deck that faces Boyne Highlands. The deck also features a hot tub that is available for your enjoyment. An oversized two car garage provides indoor parking.

The basement level offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a recreation room. One bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds; and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The recreation room features a 55” LCD TV, Blueray/DVD player, Nintendo Wii, Foosball, Bubble Hockey, library and plenty of games and puzzles.

This was our second time staying at the Chalet, and both visits have been absolutely fabulous. Our group of seven adults and five children was very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone—and then some. The Chalet’s location is ideal, just minutes from Nubs Nob and Boyne, making ski drop-offs and pick-ups incredibly convenient. It’s also close to Harbor Springs, several great restaurants, and Petoskey State Park, all of which we enjoyed during our stay. The home offers something for all ages, and the basement game tables and hot tub were definite highlights. The house was well appointed with towels (including hot tub towels) and thoughtful basics like paper towels, dish soap, and other kitchen and bathroom essentials. The host was kind, helpful and avalaible as needed.

Great ski house for Nubs

Great place!

This was our third time staying here and it was great as always. Plenty of room for our big family. The kids loved the bunk room and Wii. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. Can’t beat the location for access to Nubs and Boyne. Already booked again for next year!

Family Reunion
