This condo is located on the first floor and is directly across from the community pool. Includes a private screened balcony - view of the pond and greenery in Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club. Personal parking spot is located directly in front of the condo unit. One bedroom (king size bed) , 1 full bathroom located in the bedroom and a bonus half bath. Full kitchen, dining area. Includes 2 TV's - one in the living/dining area and the other in the bedroom. washer and dryer located in the unit. Tennis courts are located on site for visitors as well as 2 community pools. Best part is the condo is only about 800 steps from the beautiful Jupiter beach. Great if you have a dog, as Jupiter beach offers a dog beach - walking distance from the property.
Prime location to all the cool spots Jupiter has to offer from waterfront restaurants, to ocean access , to walking trails, marinas and more. Close to all the wonderful restaurants such as U-tiki , square grouper, Guanabanas, Lucky Shucks, and 1000 North. Condo is stocked with all the essentials. Just pack a bag and enjoy beach life living. Please note: no trucks can be parked on the property.

We have a 2 mile stretch dog beach within walking distance from the property If you're a dog owner, you'll love it!
What makes this property unique
Offers a little more privacy than the other surrounding condos as there aren't a any condos in back of the patio. It is also one of the closer buildings to the beach.
