Easy access to take the canoes and kayaks out in the water, or simply swim or go fishing off your very own dock. You can even bring your own boat to park in the covered boat dock!
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms & a den that can be used as either an office or converted to sleeping quarters with a curtain for privacy.
Curl up in the living room and enjoy a wide variety of entertainment choices on the 65" smart TV.
The house is located on a dead-end street in a very safe neighborhood - perfect for taking long walks with the whole family. It is about a 10 minute drive to Hot Springs.

Lovely Home!
The house was the perfect size for our group (5 adults, 3 kids and our dog). We loved sitting in the backyard, and kayaking in the back channel. The host Annie, was very helpful and answered all our questions patiently. We had a wonderful time. I think we have found our perfect place to stay for when we visit Hot Springs.
