Quiet 3 bedroom house on 11 acres with 3 acre fully stocked private pond.

Situated on just over 11 acres in Historic Van Buren County this 3 bedroom 2 bath renovated home has just what the doctor ordered. Located just a 10th of a mile on Hwy 15 between Memphis Mo. and Milton Ia offers a private 3+ acre pond stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Walleye, Catfish and in the spring Rainbow Trout. In the last 3 years we have added 1400 Crappie, 600 Bass, 1500 Bluegill, 300 Catfish and 300 Rainbow Trout. We also added two pellet fish feeders that go off twice a day to maximize fish size. If fishing isn't for you take in the views from the sand beach or even possibly shoot a game of pool on a brand new Brunswick pool table, abundant parking to accommodate any types of vehicle's and larger groups.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed! The kids loved the bunk beds and “their own” kid area downstairs, the beach, and swimming and floating in the pond! Adults loved the kitchen, pool table, sunsets, and the great fishing! Very highly recommended by all of us!

We were looking for a quiet place to spend with our kids and this was definetly the place! The fishing was great and there are great state parks and historic sites within driving distance. The moment we walked in we found the place very inviting. Smelled fantastic and so clean. Loved all the extras that were included from other previous guests. Only suggestion maybe some bag chairs by the pond and fire pit.

Nice Place

This was a nice quiet place to stay. Had a relaxing time just spending time with family. Took paddleboat and kayaks and spent sometime on the pond. It was very hot when we were there so it was nice being inside playing pool.
