This modern luxury farmhouse is centrally located near downtown Lexington and top attractions. Designed in 2022 for short-term stays, it features a chef’s kitchen, hardwood floors, and spa-like bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious family room with a fireplace, outdoor seating, and a garage-turned-game room with golf simulator, ping pong, and foosball. Memory foam beds ensure restful nights. Need more space? The Space:
This luxury farmhouse is the perfect place to explore Lexington with your group. It's centrally located, close to downtown and Lexingtons top attractions. Our home was designed and built in 2022, we specificlly designed it for short term guests. What's not to love about this home? It has an elegant bathroom with a luxury bathtub, beautiful hardwood floors and chef-worthy kitchen.
Prepare yourself for an evening of epic proportions as you entertain friends and family in a brand new, top of the line kitchen. This space is well equipped that it will leave even the most demanding cook satisfied with all they have available at their fingertips!
This property has everything you need for groups, including outdoor furniture and a garage full of games. The spacious family room is built to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. A fireplace makes it feel like home, while plenty of seating ensures that everyone has their own comfortable spot in the house!
You will be able to indulge in luxury memory foam beds and linens at our property. We're sure you'll enjoy them! We want you to feel at home while staying with us. We are available for any of your needs and will go out of our way to make sure you have a wonderful stay with us. Our sister property is located on the same street just 3 houses down, please contact us if you are interested in renting both locations for a large group of up to 24 people.

Family gathering in Lexington

Slept 9 comfortably. Very spacious, very well stocked kitchen. The variety of spaces allowed for everyone to have their favorite space. Host kept us updated regularly which I appreciated. We look forward to returning.

Stay was great, house was conveniently located to town,Keenland, and several distilleries. Only negative was trying to grill Steaks, the grill did not heat up properly and had to prepare meal indoors.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The neighborhood seems to be in a revitalization mode. They have a great coffee shop right in the middle of the neighborhood that we really enjoyed. Be sure to stop there for live music at night or a coffee during the day.

Brief getaway

Beautifully remodeled house. Easy check in feature with app that explained things very well. Comfortable beds. The neighborhood is in the early phase of up and coming. Still a little rough around the edges. Only thing that wasn’t easy was getting used to the new time zone. My group enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again if we return.

Wow…. Best VRBO ever

The pictures do not deceive. The home is as beautiful as it looks and is as spacious also. It was very well equipped with very high end fixtures and furnishings. Working with Seth was very easy and excellent communication, which is always a big plus. Definitely not check out the coffee and wine shop right down the street, I really can’t say enough about how nice this home is and comfortable. We loved our stay in Lexington. I do highly recommend taking The Unique Horse farm Tour with Shaun Washington.

Wonderful Stay

We had three generations in the home for a family wedding. The game room in garage was perfect to relax and unwind the first night. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds were all comfortable. Our only hiccup was the bed in the common area. In our opinion that really isn’t a 5th bedroom. There are no doors or bathroom access. You have to go down the stairs to use the half bath and share a shower with another bedroom. The listing says 2 queens in common area but there is a king in the common area. We made it work but just wanted to clarify for future guests reading the reviews.

Great stay! Wonderful service

The stay was just what we were looking for to celebrate my husband's 30th birthday! Clean house and large beds is perfect for a large group of adults. They even shipped back something that was left at the house - very kind of them to do that. The only thing it could use is some new cookware. The pots/pans were small for cooking for a group of 12.

We had an excellent stay at this property in the heart of Lexington. The property was spacious and well equipped and comfortable for the whole group. We also enjoyed the game room and amenities. Check in was simple and communication was great. Highly recommend if you’re in town for a visit!

KY Girls Weekend

A group of 10’of us (sisters and nieces) came to visit with our Niece who goes to Kentucky University) and have a girls weekend. The location of the property was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Lots of fun.

Wonderful house for a guys’ or girls’ weekend. Plenty of space and rooms! Very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Hot tub was perfect. Plenty of seating in den with a fireplace to sit around. Our host Seth was very helpful too with our questions! 100% recommend. Oh and for those coffee and wine folks. There is the cutest little cafe 2-3 blocks up the street.

Stayed here with a group for a horse show. House was perfect and very comfortable. The driveway had plenty of room for our pick up trucks but had to be careful getting in and out of the driveway since it is a bit narrow.
