We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We could not be more pleased with the choice. The home’s vibe was simply perfect for a Lexington/horse country wedding, and Gregory was an attentive and gracious host. The four floors of space were decorated with countless WOW touches, and it was so well stocked that anything we needed, we found with ease. And then some. We will definitely choose this lovely home again!

Perfect location

Best vacation rental experience

I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this was the nicest place I have ever stayed. Exactly as advertised, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, super clean, and had everything that our family of 12 needed! Would stay again of ever in Lexington again.

This property is soo beautiful! Gregory was a fabulous host and gave us great information about the area. I would highly recommend staying here and will stay here with a big group again! The decor is very pretty.

Excellent Stay

We used this property during our wedding weekend. My husband and his groomsmen stayed here the night before our wedding. It was a lovely space and perfect for a bunch of couples to stay and each be very comfortable and have their own space. Great location in downtown Lexington. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is as described and shown. Lovely accommodation that was both light filled and cozy. The property is well appointed and offers interior privacy for guests and a stunning courtyard and dining area for groups. While we needed nothing, Gregory was a quick communicator. Loved staying here, would definitely return!

This property is awesome !!! 4 couples weekend at Keeneland. Walking distance downtown. Home was clean and decorated very nice. WE are hoping to rent again next April.

Fantastic visit- great rental!

We enjoyed our stay at Greg’s Rental and it was even better than in the photos! You can’t find a better location for downtown Lexington and the Gratz Park area is top notch. Greg was very accommodating and met us when we checked in. The home is lovely with top end furnishings. Thanks for a wonderful 3 night stay!

Best House in Lexington

Gregory truly loves this space and it shows in every single way with meticulous cleanliness, charming decor, and top notch management. If you are with a larger group that likes to have some space for themselves, look nowhere else.

Great property in the perfect location for exploring downtown Lexington. The townhouse is huge and had plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out. The living room and dining table were perfect for gathering. The decor was very nice in a fun style. Beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants otherwise it was a quick inexpensive Uber ride. Our host was very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for guys trip

Gregory's house was perfect for our guys trip to Lexington. Perfect proximity 5-10 min walking distance to Rupp Arena and the downtown area. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Gregory at checkin and check-out was exceptional. He even had a couple of suggestions for where we should go out.

Beautiful and fully furnished.

We've stayed at numerous rental homes...this house is absolutely one of the most beautiful homes and exceeded all others as far as being furnished and the thoughtful placement of mirrors and outlets. The house layout is perfect for providing privacy and multiple spaces to hang out. We hope it will be available, the next time we stay in Lexington.

Spectacular home

We had a group of 6 parents that stayed at the house for parents weekend. The house was perfect for our group and a great location. The pictures do not do it justice! We enjoyed it so much we already booked it again for next year.
