With 36 m² of living space, the studio features a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and utensils for everyday cooking. The apartment also includes a modern bathroom with shower and WC, ensuring a comfortable and independent stay.



To make your visit as pleasant as possible, the following services are included in the price: Wi-Fi internet, TV with international channels, bed linen, towels, and free access to washing facilities.



The apartment’s outstanding location allows you to experience Lucerne at its best. Situated right in the Old Town, the River Reuss is just a few steps away, inviting you to enjoy relaxing walks along its scenic waterfront. A wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops are located in the immediate surroundings, offering both Swiss and international cuisine.

Refundable security deposit: CHF 2,000.00 (returned after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition)

Final cleaning fee: CHF 200.00
