Why they chose this property

It's an absolutely beautiful property, peaceful, and very close to town. The neighborhood duck might wander over to spend some time in the pond. Great Blue Herons, Hooded Mergansers and other birds frequently travel through as well as many others.

What makes this property unique

2 Ponds and a stream and waterfall out by the road as well as a fountain 15 feet from the patio deck. Huge Willow Trees and River Birch all around as well as a Cedar Forest.
