If you're looking for a vacation home to get away from it all, you have found the right place. This beautiful 2 bedroom beachfront bungalow is the perfect escape from your hectic daily life.  Close to shopping, restaurants, and fun, but far enough away from the tourist hot spots. This property sits on half an acre with private access to private beach. All new appliances with induction stove top. Property is inspected thoroughly before and after each guest to maintain highest levels of safety and quality. Security cameras are installed on the outside of the property for security purposes only and are not directed towards living/gathering spaces.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hose off and put back paddle boards on racks. Hose off and put back kayak under back deck.
Stack the sun lounges and put cover on. Stack all the plastic chairs and put cover on.
Set AC to 28. Please place all house keys on kitchen counter and lock the front door using code. Please report any damage or lost items by VRBO email before leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
