The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Snowbirds

Great Condo! The location was great. The area was still very damaged due to the hurricane but the site did their best and the pool was awesome once it was completed. Beautiful view and beach just across the street!! Beach bars, shopping, restaurants and live music are all within walking distance

Great location and great condo

We saw dolphins at our dock and so many beautiful fish. The pool was perfect temperature and we always had it all to ourselves. We cooked out on the dock. The room had everything we needed to cook. Seasonings too.

Great Location and Views

Great Budget Friendly Option!

My family of four (2 adults, 5yo and 8yo) stayed here for a week and it was great! The location is awesome and just across the street from the beach. There is a coffee shop and Poke restaurant downstairs in the same building. There is also a Caddy's restaurant right across the street at the beach access. Plus, there's a candy and ice cream shop about a 5 min walk south. The place itself was very clean and just enough space. The living room has a fold out couch that we did not use, but the couch itself was comfortable. The recliner chair was also popular. The 2nd bedroom had a memory foam mattress, which made us adults staying in the master bedroom jealous. (the master bedroom does NOT have a memory foam mattress). The second bathroom is a shower only, but nice and big. The master has a bathtub. Bath towels are provided, but no beach towels. There were some small beach toys and chairs in the unit for use. There is minimal kitchen supplies, but enough to probably make most meals. The patio had a gorgeous view of the marina. The pool is tiny, but we were typically the only ones there, so my kids had plenty of fun. The sun rises on the marina/balcony side, so it's beautiful (and a little blinding) in the morning. It is shaded for the afternoon and evening, though. The rooms all have good blinds on them to block out the light whenever needed. Each room has a smartTV with Roku. Overall, this place has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Great View, Great location!

The condo was in a great location. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. The canal view was lovely. The beach was right across the street.

Very Nice Condo

Very nice condo and great location. Had a few minor issues and they could have been handled better by properly management. Besides that, very nice place with a great location. Everything you would need for your stay is available.

Great space for the price. Close to beach, cozy. Only issue would be the furniture is a bit dated. The twin beds are very small. The main couch is a little worth down, and the dinning table and chairs are better suited for outdoors.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was in a great location. Views off the balcony of the water, where we watch dolphins and boats. Right across the street from the pretties beach that was not overly populated. Sunsets were superb. We watched fireworks from the roof as it was the weekend before Independence Day. The condo was very clean. The condo also had plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and everything you would need. The pool was small but never busy, most days we enjoyed it all by ourselves. We will def be a returning customer! Thank you!

Very pleasant stay on Madera Beach & Treasure Island.

Roomy, well-appointed, pleasant. Fun to watch the interesting birds & boats from the balcony overlooking a waterway. Minor complaints: ALL of Madiera & Treasure is PAY-TO-PARK! TV/cable does not carry some stations (such as Fox News, Hallmark, etc.) The "welcome" email provided the apartment door code but no code was given for the locked door to the elevator. On arrival with luggage, we had to dig up the email and call a phone number to obtain the secret code to the elevator (9999).

The condo was immaculate and even smelled clean! This condo is at the end of a canal and waking up to dolphins off of the balcony is a bonus! Great coffee downstairs and restaurants within walking distance. Beach is right across the street. Don’t pass this one up!

Madeira Visit

This was my first time booking with Vacasa. I was very pleased with their communication and responses to each question. The unit was exactly as presented in the photos. I wasn't sure what would be included, but it had soap, shampoo, laundry soap available. We were across the street from the ocean and were able to watch sunrises from our balcony, and sunsets from the walkway on the top floor. (After the first night we brought the sand chairs in the unit , and watched from the beach.) I loved being centrally located and were close to many interesting areas.
