The beach is calling and I must go…The perfect couple getaway is just a click away. Wonderful memories are sure to be made here. Our one-bedroom condo, Ocean-View with private balcony, sleeps 4. A King bed in Master Nectar mattress. A queen size sofa bed in living room., with ocean views:) You will surely feel right at home with all the comforts, yet know you are on vacation with the sound/sights of the ocean waves! Relax, unwind and feel your stress fade away....

The resort has 5 pools and 3 jacuzzis, a sauna and a small lazy river
Our resort has a tiki bar (open seasonally), an onsite restaurant, and a workout room in the building, free parking garage, just steps away from elevator for easy accessibility to carry things in/out and fewer to step to toes in the sand:)

The resort has 3 buildings. Our condo is located in the main building (oceanfront)on the 8th floor. This is more on the side of a boutique-style resort vs a mega-resort. We have a secured building, no one can enter unless you have a code (which you will receive 48 hours before your arrival date). We have 24-7 security staff located on premise. Our condo is stocked with linens, towels, beach chairs, beach gear, and a full kitchen. You will find a Keurig and regular coffee pot in the kitchen.

You will find a very comfortable KING bed in the master, fireplace in the living room, and two HD T.V.'s with cable and free WIFI.

We are walking distance/golf cart ride/bike ride away to restaurants/shops including: Angus Steakhouse, Damons, The Pancake House, ziplining/kids adventure land, Dairy Queen, Walmart, surf shops, ice cream shops, put-put, and more! The resort is a 5-10 minute drive to the airport. Our condo is less than 2 miles from "The Market Common" and Myrtle Beach State Park. We are a little over a mile to "Family Kingdom" where all the big action is happening. We love this location best because it is close enough to walk/bike/golf cart/uber to anything your heart desires, yet you come home to our little slice of Heaven:) We are grateful to have you and hope you have an amazing experience at our home away from home!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
PLEASE do not put any sand in tub or sink. Evidence of sand we will have to charge plumbing fee of $400. Drains cannot handle sand. We kindly ask that you rinse of beach gear at outdoor showers.
Wristbands are $35 each to replace. White key fob is $200 to replace. You will be charged for each lost or damaged item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo or on the balcony per HOA rules. Any evidence of such will result in a minimum $500 fine.

This is my third time staying in this unit and just like the first time I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had everything I could need or want including beach things for the family and children. It has a great view of the beach. It’s close and convenient to everything. The host is always extremely attentive and responds quickly to any concerns or needs you may have. I highly recommend You stay at this condo!

1st time myrtle beach stay

Heather was very responsive as I had some questions before I arrived and day I was checking out; which I really appreciate. I loved that I could walk to Walmart to grab some food and walk to dinner at restaurants. Bonus was coffee on tge patio in the morning as the sun came up as i watched and listened to the ocean waves coming ashore. Really enjoyed Myrtle Beach. I will definitely be returning.

Great vacation

This condo was wonderful even nicer then pictures could show beautiful view so quiet and clean never had to wait for elevators which was so nice the pools are cleaned every day plenty of chairs bar area really nice yes we would stay again the owner was so nice and got right with you easy few steps to beach drinks at outside bar very good all the staff was so nice beautiful place

Wonderful winter getaway!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to escape for winter! The condo was very comfortable with an excellent ocean view. We communicated easily with the hosts who were gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed taking long beach walks daily and sighted dolphins as well as assorted shore birds. Overall, it was a great stay!

Everything was just as described and shown. It was our first time to Myrtle Beach and it was in a great area that wasn't crowded or loud but has everything you need super close. The owners are great at communicating and are super nice!

The Beach is Calling

The property was immaculate and well appointed and even had a hair dryer and ironing board and iron. The ocean views were stunning, the bed was very comfortable and the balcony had amazing views of the ocean. Access to the beach was very easy and we were surprised to find a nice pizza restaurant downstairs and a convenience store nearby. The pools were immaculate as well as the laundry and common areas. We were minutes from everything and in a safe area. I cannot say enough about how great the host was she was so friendly and responsive. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay!!

We had an amazing relaxing beach weekend with an amazing view. The condo is in a great location; pools, hot tubs, sauna, beach and a great restaurants all downstairs. The resort and condo was very clean. Everything we needed was in the condo including beach chairs 😁. Heather even sent us a message stated the condo was ready for early check-in, we truly appreciated it!!! This is a great place to stay at a great price. We will try and stay again next year!

Great stay!

We had a great time and the location was perfect. The condo was just as pictured If you like a more quiet setting than the noisy night life in north Myrtle beach, this location is perfect for you. But the drive to the north side is only about 10-12 min so it’s not bad at all. The restaurant in the resort was delicious and the beach was only a few steps away. Also, the ocean view from the balcony is even more amazing in person. Overall amazing stay, can’t wait to come back.

Quaint Stay

Everything was just as stated by our host. We were there for a quick trip to help our daughter. Everything was neat and clean. Loved having beach chairs for the beach. We had to contact Heather for 1 thing but it was on us for the reason. She was fairly quick to respond and help us out.

We felt that we were misled by the description of this property and would not recommend for you to stay here. The only plus to the rental was the location to the beach. Other than that the description that the pull out couch was new and the mattress was new on the bed was not accurate. Upon arrival mattress covers and pads were stained and had hair all over them. There was I bedding for the pullout where our children were sleeping and the mattress was all ripped and full of holes. The owner was contacted and she did send a “cleaner” mattress pad for the pull

Nice stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. I don’t know that I would have wanted to stay with our children due to the size of the room but it would be possible. The photos and description in the listing were accurate and the room and the property were very clean and secure. There were some questionable characters roaming the street at night but we never felt unsafe on the property or the beach. The building was secure and we saw security making rounds day and night. The manager was very responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I enjoyed the restaurant that is on the property. It was nice to have a dining option without having to leave the building. The manager making sure their guests are taken care of with things like coffee, towels, to and paper towels. There were also plenty of beach items available for us to use. My wife and I were satisfied with the quality and value, we would stay here again.

Nice place but resort needs to improve

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. The owner was extremely responsive with same day responses and has decorated the property beautifully. Our room was clean and felt like home! However, it was perfect for our family of 4 (2 children & 2 adults). It may be a bit small for 4-5 adults with only 1 bathroom. Also the resort needs to provide an additional scan card for entering and exiting the building. If you didn’t have the card with you, you had to wait on other tenants to open the door for you. A hassle at times. Yet, it is right on the beach and easy access with beautiful views. Our room had a small balcony that we enjoyed. Parking could be challenging during peak times and your had to walk across the street to use the parking deck. The resort’s picnic tables and in the main common room downstairs there were alive and dead flies everywhere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the room but the resort could improve the minor issues.

Great little getaway!

The room is exactly as pictured. The owner was very responsive and checking in was very easy. The room was very clean and the resort was very secure. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. My kids really appreciated the beach gear. It was a wonderful visit!

Great weekend getaway

Location was very convenient and the amenities are really nice. The restaurant was an added bonus to get the kids a quick pick after a day of swimming. The facility was very secure. Parking was a little tight for SUVs and trucks but that can be a mixed bag no matter where you stay on the Grande Strand. Would highly recommend.

We have a home in SC, Florida and Colorado so we travel back and forth. We have a heart for children, restoring marriages, animals and travel. We truly believe in enjoying the journey of life and making the best of what you have:)

Why they chose this property

We chose the area for our beachfront condo's because it is NOT in the crazy high tourist area, yet close enough to partake in the million things to do here. We are about a mile from the "Grand Strand"
We actually lived in our condo while looking for our home and found out MANY of the residents are full-time residents which makes this resort more of a "home" feel and a sense of community. Yes, it gets crazy busy in the summer....your at the beach! But our FAVORITE time of year here is in the off-season. There is nothing better than going for a walk on the beach and having it all to yourself. It's simply Heaven
