The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, 2x barbecue, 1x barbecue table, smokehouse, 3 babies can be accommodated over capacity.

Heřmanice, 380 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 5000 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Half of the house with a separate entrance small pond, children's playground, lighted pergola The property is located on the cycle path by the pond Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 50 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.
