Enjoy your stay in this cozy newly remodeled home in Little Bohemia. In the morning, sip coffee on the enclosed porch or get some fresh air out back on the patio. During the afternoon and evening, you can enjoy all Downtown Omaha has to offer from the wonderful restaurants/shops in the Old Market (<1 mile) to the amazing shops/bars in the newly developed Little Bohemia area JUST ONE BLOCK AWAY. Don't forget about Omaha's World-class Henry Doorly Zoo just a short drive down 13th Street. This home is truly in the most amazing location to enjoy all of Omaha's best attractions.

This vacation rental is stocked with all the extras. The inside features three bedrooms - Bedroom 1: Bunk beds (full and single) and TV, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, TV, and closet, Bedroom 3: Full bed, TV, and closet. The dining area seats 6 and connects to the living room featuring comfy couches and a 55-inch TV. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, new countertops, Keurig/coffee maker, and everything you need to cook like you are at home! We also converted the breakfast nook into a desk area to accommodate our business travelers. The bathroom has a tub for soaking and a separate shower. In the backyard, you will find an 8-person patio set and propane grill - perfect for enjoying those summer nights with friends and family.

There are 2 dedicated parking spots and space behind for possibly two more vehicles. There is also street parking for free!
