Spacious 4-bedroom house in the heart of West Omaha close to EVERYTHING

Stay comfortably in Omaha at this 4-bedroom house. With 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, this delightful property offers a tremendous living space for guests with an open floorplan and lots of natural light. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi (with free Netflix), a large private fenced backyard equipped with a propaone grill, a washing machine and dryer, and a gaming table to play fooseball, air hockey or ping pong during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel appliances and a cooffee/tea station. All 3 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and/or shower, towels and hygeine products. The spacious family room on the lower level even has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The dining room table has been updated seating 7 people. There is an extra folding table with chairs for extra seating provided to all guests. This property is conviently located near shopping, restaurants, parks, trails and even a lake! Please throw used towels in washer. No need to start it.
Please ensure all exterior (besided to the garage) doors and windows are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be an additional $250.00 fee if smoked in.
